Booking.com had my name switched: last name as first name - so it took awhile to even find my reservation at check-in.

Proximity to Port Everglades (a private shuttle service operator comes every morning at 9 am. Book your pickup time from the schedule, pay $20 cash only. Easy trip, straight to your ship). It's a mad house of people coming from FLL who have to sit & wait in the lobby for a room. I got in from FLL at 11, didn't get into my room until after 3 pm. The hotel has seating in the lobby and their very large breakfast room. During the hours of waiting, some people walk down the block to Wendy's, others utilize Door Dash or Uber Eats for sustenance. The morning I left, breakfast eaters looked happy and they had generous portions.

The next 3am driver was rude as heck no personality. But he did not ruin our great experience at this hotel

Mr. George was a pleasure to work with with his customer service! We had a great time being treated like family the shuttle driver. We played phase ten in the lobby and enjoyed the pool area too. Front desk staff was pleas well.

The pool area is very small. It can really only accommodate 2 to 3 small groups at a time. I also had to ask for towels to be put out twice.

The staff was great, very courteous and got us checked in quickly. The location was also nice and convenient.

Very chaotic check in. They said our room wasn’t ready and it would be 20 minutes. We waited over an hour and finally asked a different person at the front and she said it was ready. Many people were waiting in the lobby.

The hotel was under construction, there was one elevator working and lines formed to use the elevator. It was very inconvenient, we had heavy luggage and could not take the stairs. The location had only one restaurant within walking distance, Wendy's fast food.

I enjoyed having hot breakfast in the morning, and the coffee was very good. The location directly across from the reception area was small and crowded with people, people were checking in and out reception desk very close to breakfast area.

Maybe make use of the shuttle for going around to certain points in town (museum ,shopping malls, or a nice restaurant ) at a reasonable price. Since was nothing by to go enjoy GOOD meal. Suggestion

Breakfast was acceptable , fresh and clean considering the price of the hotel. A bit of a problem to catch the shuttle when arrived. Pool was open but it didn't look being taking care of properly. I was looking forward to make use of it but I've restrained myself. Hotel overall was clean and hospitable. Foyer was spacious enough but can get very busy if full. No complained comparing it with the other hotel I've stayed when finished cruising. Days Inn Oakland Park WAS THE WORSE EXPERIENCE I'VE HAD

Hotel was not walkable to very much. Wendy's and Dunkin shared the same parking lot as the hotel. There was also a seafood restaurant nearby. Publix was a 1.4 mile walk along a very busy road. Hotel water pressure was very weak. Breakfast area was small and needed more seating.

Convenient to airport and cruise port. Hotel was clean. Room was fine. Breakfast was just OK, nothing special. Eggs, sausage, bagels, potatoes, cold cereal, yogurt, coffee.

Only one elevator in operation.

Only one elevator was working. That elevator had plastic tape across the entire floor. The only ice machine that worked was the one on the first floor. The rest were out of order.

The outside of the property is beautiful. The room itself was very nice. It was a very nice shuttle from the airport and to the cruise port. Breakfast was available. Not particularly to my liking. There is a Wendy’s directly next-door.
