How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

Unfortunately two of the restaurants were closed which mean we struggle to find the food we favor. The packaged food was overpriced.
We were overnighting before a flight and for an extra $40 we went straight to our room at 9am. A life saver after a 12 hour flight.

Only downside was my room overlooked the pool and a family decided to have a late night pool party with lots of screaming but this wasn’t a dealbreaker.
Everything. It was clean, comfortable, room service was excellent and able to order via an app. Staff were helpful. Check in was smooth. Room and facilities were excellent and the shuttle to the airport was free and easy to use.

The room needs to be updated, stained carpet, damaged wall paper, outdated decor. The rooms needs to reflect the lobby!

Rooms need to be updated. The TV doesn't have cast making it impossible to watch any tv show from streamings. Bathroom old and leaking water from the shower the whole night.

felt like needed a degree to use the shower room felt dated and the iron made your clothes wet and more creased one of the most expensive hotels we booked for our trip and sadly felt the facilities didn't match the price tag

The mattress was getting a bit tired and probably in need of replacement soon.
The shuttle service is very good but be prepared to queue early in the morning when everyone wants to catch it. They do have several so it seems not a long wait between minibuses. Facilities are as expected of a chain hotel near the airport. They do have an outdoor pool and spa area and a cafe in the foyer.

Room was spacious and clean. 24 hr bistro great as we arrived after midnight. Staff were fast and efficient. Free shuttle to airport really good (and driver was fantastic).

After an overnight, international flight we had hoped to check in early for a shower and to relax before exploring the city for we had a 7 am flight the next morning to go home. We asked about self parking before arriving and was instructed yes. The front desk didn’t inform us it was $65/day to self park as a guest in the hotel, valet being even more. As checking in, we said due to not paying the $70 check in early option (before 2-3 pm), we wanted to check in and change clothes before meeting friends at 3:30. The guy at the front said no problem, we will park it to the side. I asked, are going to valet it, because I am only needing to check in and change clothes. He said no. We returned at 3:30 to find our truck valeted. After speaking to 3 guys, one we assume as the valet manager, he instructed me cars can only wait out front for 15 min. I thought that was odd for it takes longer than that to check in. There are 10 checkin areas and at best (when 25+ people were checking in at 7 pm) there were only 4 employees to check people in. I’ve traveled all of my career and personal life. I wish you well Hilton by the airport.

Parking garage was a bit sketchy to get to down and alleyway and parking rates were outrageous.
Hotel was nice, clean and had friendly staff. Very conveniently located near the airport.

Parking was expensive. Bathroom was dated and needs refurbishment.
