How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

I would have liked a newsletter telling me what activities were happening during our stay.
The villa was a good size and had everything we needed. The amenities were terrific, we especially enjoyed the mini golf and the hot tub. Al at the front desk was extremely helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

The only thing I didn't like about the stay was the people in the unit above me had a child that kept running and bumping, making noise.
The unit was very clean and comfortable. The upgrade was great. It was very spacious and included everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans and utensils.

Very clean! Always stay here, when I come to Florida. Staff was amazing! Property is always clean. Suite was amazing, love having a kitchen ♥️. We will stay here again and again!

Only stayed overnight to visit a family member who was in town. The facility was very nice and had many activities we could do right there on campus. The 1 bedroom apartment we stayed in was way more than what we expected, it was beautiful with dark woods, high ceilings, and 8 foot doorways. The room was very clean.

There were minor issues with the basic builder items: windows were not in good working order, they were supposed to open but appeared to have been damaged. Plugs fell out of outlets, loose connections. Dangerous condition to have a plug that won’t stay in the outlet. Toilet wobbled when used. Appeared to be cheap base construction grade items, not built for the long haul.
Convenient location. Well lit. Nice amenities. Clean. Staff were all very nice.

The microwave worked, but the turn table was not lining up with the grooves, so it didn't turn that well. Also, the light underneath wasn't working. This was not a big issue for me. The door to the villa wouldn't click to lock, unless you really pulled hard from the outside or pushed in from the inside, so this was a safety issue for us. I did mention it when we checked out.
I had booked a 1 bedroom villa, but when I entered the room, I realized that we had checked into a 2 bedroom villa. This definitely exceeded my expectations, and was well worth the money spent. One bedroom was clearly the master bedroom, with a huge bathroom: walk-in shower, huge tub, toilet & 2 sinks with vanities. They both had King-size beds, a 2nd bathroom, huge living room with a sleeper sofa, living room & full kitchen.

There really wasn’t anything I didn’t like.
I loved that the location was excellent! I like their text message system because they could respond to you and they also checked in on your to see if you needed anything.

There is not much to complain about! This is just personal preference but having more for little kids to do in the pool area. Our youngest was almost too old for the kids pool but not quite tall enough for the adult pool.
Quiet! Just far enough away from the congestion of the theme parks but still a short drive. The room was clean, spacious, and the amenities were as listed. The kitchen was stocked with all serving utensils and dishes, along with pots and pans for food prep. Having a washer/dryer in the unit was a lifesaver for our family!

-Since I am an IHG group member I was pushed a little to attend a 90min presentation for another local resort. I was not there for a resort experience and felt a little pressure when I did not really want to hear about it. -I did have to call the front desk as there were people above our room who were "running around" until at least midnight. I'm patient, but it was obvious that the people above us had young children who were allowed to run around a good portion of the night

Took too long to check in, felt very redundant with 2 clerks asking same questions at different times, process was not very efficient. My listing showed 2 beds not a bed and pull out couch, that was disappointing

I didn’t like when I checked in, they were trying to push a 90 minute time share seminar. They were happy to talk to me but when I told him I was not interested he became sour. Like sorry I came for a relaxing vacation, not to wasted my time of “90 minutes “ of a meeting that would be longer. Took me 20 minutes just to check in and get to my room. I would stay here again, just give me my key and just bypass the whole time share crap.
I like that it was like a condo. It was clean. Location was nice.
