I loved the location. I didn't like the noise of the apartment above our. It's seemed someone doing weights in a gym ... between 10 pm to 1:00 am.

We actually had some roaches that we had to deal with. Had the roaches not been there it would have been an amazing place to stay. It was still a really good place to stay, but that was a big deal breaker for us.

The location was great, parking garage was great, room was nice, amenities were great, checking in and out process was good, and the price wasn't too bad.

The entry to the building was very confusing at first but after getting in the apartment it was easy sailing. We rented a bachelor suite. The bed was up against the wall with no bedside tables to put our eye glasses or phones on at night. No face clothes.

The location was great for what we were there for. Close to coffee shops and we were able to get the groceries we needed on the same street. Lots of places to eat and drink within close walking distance. Nice green spaces to explore close by.

I expected a bigger condo, the balcony and such that I saw in the pictures. I should have asked for the 2 bedroom unit. I didn’t care for the studio unit. And the constant street noise and night life made it difficult to sleep.

We liked the cleanliness of the condo and secured parking garage.

The bed and couch were very uncomfortable to me. The sheets were kinda rough too. Also, a pretty strong smell of marijuana in certain hallways.

Noisy on the hallway. Elevator didn't work almost entire stay and it was foruth floor. Pool was not working for at least 5 days. The common places where not as clean as the room

Clean and tidy . Good heat and air conditioning really necessary. Location is good near UTA and downtown. Good transportation.

Checkin process was terrible. Took over 45 minutes to get into property. Door was jammed - completely unable to get access to appartment to get in with code. Needed help from other residents and phone support. Need to change proceedure

Room was a bit small. The bed was comfortable but not very stable and appeared to be doing damage to the floor. The sugar packets were wet. Creamer was old.

Location is the reason to lease here. Lots of coffee. Ice maker was nice. Plenty of dishware. A/C worked well.

The cleaning staff entering my room without ny consent or knowledge as I was lying in bed, telling me my stay was over. When in fact I was in room 317 and his phone said room 319!!! Called staff/customer service and reported it, who said they were sending a gift card to my email and apologized BUT YOU NEVER SENT A GIFT CARD!

The guy upstairs stomped around all day and night, but that’s nobody’s fault.

It was a nice little apartment, close to the stadiums and six flags. A few good places to eat near by.

Ironing board available but no iron in the unit. Blow dryer in king size bed/bath quit working after 2 minutes.

Shower was room and plenty of hot water for 5 people. Clean unit. Stylish unit. Great view.
