if you are looking for something different than the usual hotel chains, this boutique hotel is really the coziest. Great position, at walking distance from Lincoln road and the beach, nice and clean rooms. I would definitely return

The walls and ceilings are too thin, you can hear every step and every voice. Not enough room in the closet, for example: a long dress wouldn‘t fit. The staff was helpful but not always in a good mood and at times almost too arrogant. It could also be a little bit cleaner for the price and standards they are expecting to have and offer. Also ammenities are overpriced, the fact that you only get two pods of coffee for the entire stay, regardless how long your stay, seems kind of cheap.

The location, near to the beach and to the main area of interest in Miami Beach. Generally chic hotel.

The room did not have natural light.. it was quite dark (also the lighting was very dim).. and I could not open the windows, because it had only a window/door to exist on the corridor which was open-air and overlooking the pool. Unfortunately the room was a bit smelly..

Door latch was messed up had to try a bunch of times before it opened door. Also they were having problems with the AC they needed to come into our room at 10 pm or so and repair it which involved opening duct work and draining system. Had to come back next day and do it again, reoccurring issue that needed a real repair.

Pool was nice and very warm and calm relaxing atmosphere, staff was friendly, room was clean and comfortable. Had my 6 year old daughter with us and that was no issue.

We would have liked more space for clothing and hooks in the rooms. The pool was very hot during the day.

The service was below par. This was our 20th wedding anniversary & so a special stay for us. My husband was already in the USA with a business trip so I flew into Miami to meet him. I had contacted the hotel prior to organise a driver to pick me up from the airport as I was landing from a long 10hr flight from the UK. I spoke to Eric who assured me that a car would be at the airport to greet me this never happened & I had to arrange my own transport ! At the hotel the service continued to be poor: *the buggy to the beach was not available *our room wasn’t cleaned properly & we continually had to ask for our room to be serviced. We never got our bath robes replenished once the room was cleaned. I was also very disappointed to find we had paid a considerable amount more dollars per night than advertised going forward on their website! We paid an average of $450-475 per night for a 4 night stay & rooms were being advertised for around €325. I would normally expect Booking.com to be more competitive! I use this site a lot & even had another hotel booked in the keys the following 3 days !

The property was exceptional & the decor was beautiful. The location was spot on !

Nothing major! Teeny tiny balcony. Lots of charges for little things that other hotels will provide for free ($2 per vertuo coffee pod after your first night, etc). Had read other reviews before staying so was prepared for this. Some of the in-room dinner wasn’t great (a very salty salad that was literally just lettuce with oil and salt as dressing).

There’s a nightclub seemingly underneath the hotel (actually just close by). We furnished to it and slept well in their v comfortable bed.

Great location. Sun beds included on the beach. Charming boutique style hotel with a relaxing pool area in a serene courtyard. Room was elegant and gave an overall luxurious feel. Great service level including the charming team that helped with some transportation with the golf cart.

The only thing was the pumping music (heavy bass) from next door restaurant/hotel/club (to be expected in Miami Beach I suppose) it only kept us up on one occasion and then we purchased ear plugs the next day. But only thing to keep in mind when staying here.

Staff were lovely and helpful. King Room with balcony was beautiful and spacious. Loved the pool area and also the location of the hotel was great. Access to a private section of the beach and golf buggy ride there was awesome.

The room needed a lot of maintenance: - window handle was broken and had to be fixed. - the toilet flush kept on going all the time and I had to press it twice to stop it, complained but nobody fixed it, - the bed comfort had stains, including red ones which looked like blood or nail polish. I asked to change it but only after the 2nd complaint, they replaced it but left the new one hanging in a plastic bag on the door outside the room. - the bedside table was all rusty and loose on the wall, leaning towards the floor. - the corners of the floor skirting boards were extremely swollen from humidity and loose from the wall. - On the last day someone started shouting and swearing bad words really loudly on my floor in the morning. I wouldn't expect all that in a luxury hotel.

Staff was really nice, the pool and the view, the amenities (hair, bath and skin products), location.

The restaurant is closed on Sundays, we were advised that we would hear alarm testing on Sunday morning , but it took more than an hour , each 2 min the alarm in our room. The room was ready only at 16:00, its nice we could use the swimming pool, but no effort to give us a room at least 30 min earlier… otherwise you pay 100$ !

The air con kinda drove me mad. It kept switching off in the night and there was nothing I could do to turn it back on. Would stay off for about 90 mins at a time. I thought it was incredibly tacky / poor form to only give ONE Nespresso capsule on the first night, and then charge you $3 each if you wanted more. Like c’mon surely that should be a daily replacement, that and two small bottles of water. Or at least have the courtesy to have little sachets of instant coffee for free, some of us need the hit of caffeine in order to get out of bed before they go out and get a proper coffee!

It’s a 10-min walk from the craziness of south beach which is great so 10/10 for location. Room was by the pool on the second floor and fairly quiet. Room itself was lovely. Hotel itself is nice and boutiquey. Probs the best in Miami Beach to be honest, even those advertised as 5 start looked kinda trashy but this was perfectly quaint yet modern.
