The hotels guests were just loitering about smoking weed in the parking lot, soming weed in their rooms. Felt like a "hookup" motel. Room was dirty, pubic hair on bathroom door near handle, tub was filthy and the floor towel had someone dorty foot prints on it. It was just not a clean family hotel by any means.

Sheets were nice. Double Queen + Sofa bed made it room enough for the family of 5. Full size fridge for food. The front clerck was a very nice person and did his best to assist with what we needed.

Fridge portion didn't work, freezer was set to cold which worked as a fridge. Pretty run down, bathroom was remodeled but pretty dirty. Pretty sure ceiling in shower had black mold but painted over it. Bled through. Didn't see any roaches so that's a huge bonus as other reviews stated roaches. Cable didn't work but was able to plug in roku stick. Wifi was so so.

Location is ok, breakfast was sparse. Stayed right before a hurricane though. They did have juice and could make your own Waffle. The suite had plenty of room even with the sofa bed out. No carpet in the room is a huge bonus, floors weren't very clean though. Beds were clean and comfortable. My two young boys 5 and 7 shared the sofa bed and didn't complain so that's a plus.

The maid staff member older lady. Had an attitude, problemeverytime a question was asked, or request for towels. My niece is there with her 2 small kids and is alreafy suffering through stress.. This should not be a concern. But it was the same lady. She said everyone else was great! She made comments in the hallway loudly about towels, made my niece throw other people trash away at the breakfast lobby, My niece felt that she was being targeted with dirty looks Roaches in the room, and a spider was found in the folded towel on the shelf. Scary with a 1 yr old baby. May want to exterminate it.

#1 the room on the first floor walls are dirty. The floor was sticky like it wasn’t washed for a while. Not too equipped.the 2nd room on the 2nd floor the conjoined room door was not locked, anyone from the other room could have access to the room. We heard someone asked us what did we want, why are we playing with the door nob. I had to stay in one room with all six of us in one room.

I had just some juice and a couple apples. My children didn’t think it was all that. They didn’t enjoyed it.

That I bought groceries and the freezer was not working and after 2 days of waiting for a refrigerator and got one all of my freezer products had either melted down eg popcicles ice cream or had spoiled to make matters worse the front desk personnel told the only way to be compensated was to take items out the trash and bring them downstairs then go to the store and replace them and I would then get my money back that was garbage and believe me this is far from over will like to speak to someone in management because where was I going to take all the groceries and I was leaving the following day to head back home they could have even ask the front desk manager to come and take inventory of my list but that was the only compensation offered when I paid for the convenience and was not giving it
