United StatesI couldn't work the TV and there were no instructions in the room. I didn't like having to sign in for my key and I was delighted to see someone at the front desk to let me in. No parking available.
The location was fabulous. Room was very clean and well decorated. Staff was extremely nice and accommodating.

United StatesNo longer has the charm of older style guest houses. The building itself is not being maintained as it once was.  The hotel company has to either decide to have the amenities of a hotel of rates at 500 per night or have the charm hospitality and warmth of the older style guest house. Not even a ice bucket in room. Bring back breakfast on site.

We asked for new towels 2 or 3 times via email & voice message, but never received any (we had already placed all the dirty/wet towels in the shower)...we then had to try and dry towels on the sun deck one for flight up. The shower needed adjustment because the coolest setting was blistering hot.

United StatesThis place is perfectly located… for walking, biking, scootering… parking is easy on property or at nearby lots. Once inside this dreamy, cool place… rooms are quaint and comfortable beds. Good pillows! Also, plenty of outdoor space to chill, have a drink, play a game, listen to music. The rooftop is stellar. 360 degree views… lounge chairs. Then also 2 other spaces for sitting outdoors and relaxing. The couple who runs the place is kind and awesome. Super accommodating. Been back twice now and loved every minute. Def a hidden gem in Ptown.

Hong KongThe room (Minot) was tiny; maybe okay if you only have a weekend bag with you, but not if you are touring through New England with real luggage. Proper curtains that actually keep out the sun would have been nice. And we received personal attention because we didn’t receive the check-in instructions, otherwise we may never have known the proprietors.

United Stateswhile marketed as a renovated property, the room I stayed in was dated. in-window air conditioner that was extremely loud. very little communication from the hotel at check in and zero proactive communication during stay. you have to request room cleaning. finally mildew smell was also present.
