If you have kids they are bot always welcome around the pool since the pool managers wants to keep the adults “happy” and without the playfulness of the kids. I love this place but that part ruind most of my experience

The room was filthy, the bathroom was so dirty it looked like it had not been properly cleaned for years. The valley were rude and the security guard to enter the pool area wanted to look in my bag asking me why I had a bottle of water with me (in 30degree heat) for the price paid this is not a luxury hotel. Run down, and very negative energy all round.

We stayed in a suite, with a stove and refrigerator, the main problem we had is that the room had NO dressers! We had to live pretty much out of our suitcases. There were two closets, which we could hang several items, but with no shelving.

The pool & spa facilities and service were excellent.

Given the size of our room there was a distinct lack of storage space. Small wardrobe and most importantly no drawers for clothes storage. Mini bar prices are some of the highest I’ve ever seen. Pool area is overrun with weekend party scene guests when the vibe of the hotel is more club-like.

The hotel is pretty old the rooms are big but mine had a problem with the shower that was never closed fully also apart for the two girls that did my check in the rest of the staff was rude or very unhelpful.

Front desk sucks, no wifi for 2 days, tv blocked throughout the stay. After asking everyday to have tv unblocked, only had CNN and FOX to watch😱. Pool area CLOSES at 6pm at sunset!!

The breakfast was great but the coffee location wasn't the greatest place it need to be seen when you get off the elevator not in the corner.

When I got to the room, there was not any body wash in the dispenser. I had to tell the front desk , they did refill the next day check out process was not so good front desk staff was not polite or helpful in checking out didn't get names they weren't wearing name tags or introduced themselves, however the guy had crutches.

Loved the room spacious clean check-in process was Nice the clerk that checked me in upgraded the room which was nice, was offered glass of processco which was a nice touch After check-in, even though I noticed another guest was offered a glass upon arrival by the other check in clerk, i was offered one after I was checked in, but it was still offered

Our room was spacious however the bathroom is very tight especially the placement of the toilet, they could use some renovations and the light system need to be updated too. The house keeping clean up the beds and bathrooms but they neglect a lot the stuff in our rooms when it comes the cleaning of the room, our area table had previous stains from the last customers and you could see the stains from far. The only negative for the Pool area is the sun bed as some were damaged and the cushions had a damp scent which is not worth seating on.

I love the Mondrian, my partner and I love staying here cause of the lovely beach club. The location is pretty decent for moving around south beach, and getting Uber or Lyfts. Our room was spacious but needs a bit refurbishing and updating. The pool was awesome and water tempreture wasn't too cold which was lovely to have, the pool staff are pleasant and very helpful.
