Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The rooms have been updated & are surprisingly modern & comfortable. Room was also clean. AC, while needs to be switched on manually, blew cold air which was much appreciated for the day.

United StatesThe hallways and all interior spaces except for the room had absolutely no air conditioning. The warm air permeated the smells of various things. The towels in the bathroom had holes in them. The Shower drain backed up and had I stayed in the shower any longer, it would have overflowed onto the floor. This hotel needs to realize that it is not a place for certain types of people...hotels are supposed to have generic standards like - no smells, clean usable towels, comfortable air temps in all guest areas, etc. This hotel has very little idea on what a good hotel really is.
