住客点评如何运作
每条住客评分在1到10分之间。为了得出所示的综合评分，我们会将收到的所有住客评分相加，然后将这个总和除以我们收到点评数量。我们使用加权点评系统，这意味着点评越新，对总评分的计算影响就越大。此外，住客还可以单独在一些重要方面打出“单项评分”，例如：位置、清洁度、工作人员、舒适度、设施、性价比以及免费WiFi。请注意，住客打出的单项评分与综合评分是分别单独提交的，所以两者之间没有直接联系。
如果您入住了在我们的平台预订的住宿，或者您曾到店但并未实际入住，都可以对该住宿进行点评。如需编辑已提交的点评，请联系我们的客服。
我们拥有人工和自动系统来专门甄别提交至我们平台的虚假点评。如经发现，我们会将其删除，并在必要时对相关责任人采取行动。
此外，无论谁发现可疑内容都可向我们的客服团队报告，我们的防欺诈团队会跟进调查。
理想情况下，无论是好评还是差评，我们会发布每一条收到的点评。但是，我们不会展示（在其它内容中）包含或涉及以下内容的任何评论：
- 政治敏感评论
- 促销内容
- 非法活动
- 个人或敏感信息（如电邮、电话号码或信用卡资料）
- 脏话、性暗示、仇恨言论、歧视性言论、威胁或涉及暴力的内容
- 垃圾邮件和虚假内容
- 虐待动物
- 假冒/仿冒（如：假冒他人写评论）
- 任何违反我们点评指南的内容。
为了确保点评的相关性，我们可能只接受退房后3个月内提交的点评，如果所示点评超过36个月，或者住宿发生所有权变更，我们可能会停止显示相关点评。
住宿可选择对点评做出回应。
如果您看到有多个点评，最新的点评会显示在最顶部，但也取决于其他几个因素（例如点评采用的语言、点评仅有评分还是也包括评论等）。您还可以按需对点评进行排序和/或筛选（例如按照一年中的时间、点评评分等）。
我们有时会展示来自其他知名旅行网站的外部评分。如有，我们将明确说明。
用户点评的规范及准则
这些规范及准则将确保用户原创内容与Booking.com相关，内容恰当，且不含不雅词汇，即使是好评，也同样适用以上准则。
所有原创内容都必须与旅行相关。越是详细的点评越能帮助其他客人更好地挑选自己喜欢的住宿。请勿在这些原创内容内附上个人信息、带有政治色彩、与伦理道德相关、或宗教性内容。促销活动信息将会被删除，不予显示。任何涉及Booking.com服务的相关问题都将转交客服团队及合作伙伴服务团队处理。
所有原创内容应尽量面向全球用户。请勿使用任何不敬或亵渎性的词汇（及其变形或网络用语形式），不分语种。严禁发布任何带有憎恨性、歧视性、威胁、色情、暴力和煽动违法行为的点评及媒体。
所有内容均应由用户原创，且独一无二。真实且中肯的点评对其他用户最有帮助。您提交的内容应为您自己的原创。Booking.com的合作伙伴不得代表住客发表内容，或向客人提供任何形式的报酬以换取好评。严禁合作伙伴在竞争对手住宿页面提交恶意负面点评，拉低对方的综合评分。
尊重他人隐私。Booking.com会隐藏任何电子邮箱地址、电话号码、网站地址、社交媒体帐号等类似个人信息。
任何Booking.com用户及合作伙伴在这些原创内容中表达的观点，均属于其个人观点，与Booking.com无关。Booking.com对任何点评或点评回复不负任何责任。Booking.com仅为这些点评和点评回复提供发布平台，不负责验证。
系统将默认根据点评时间以及其他条件，优先显示相关性最高的点评内容。其他条件包括但不限于：用户语言、文字点评、非匿名点评。系统可能会提供其他排序方式（例如按旅行者类型、按评分等）。

实在太太太太脏了！第一次遇到房间的地板脏得会粘住鞋底，到处都很脏，房间里还有各种虫子

真实点评开始入住的客服非常吵，一直到凌晨三点，基本整夜睡不着，第二天找前台工作人员反映，调整到对面的客房，安静了很多，前台工作人员非常好，值得表扬

真实点评地理位置优越，出门就是地铁，出行非常方便，房间很干净，床很舒服
如果房间能配牙刷牙膏，另外如果能有洗衣房，那就更好了

真实点评這間飯店的位置太好了，時代廣場在附近，地铁在旁邊，双層Bus的上下車停靠点在附近，1樓門口都是商店，对旅行者來說一切都太方便了。 飯店的設備不錯，1F做check in後，坐电梯到6F，6F才是飯店的餐廳，休閒區，由6F再搭电梯到房間，房間空間很OK，床好睡，有冰箱，有wifi，淋浴的熱水够大，額外收的每晚$30目的費用，可抵用早餐及晚上Bar的消費，是一間大推的紐約飯店~

We are happy to hear that you enjoyed the location and convenience as well as the room amenities, destination fee etc. The check in is in the motor lobby. Please note though that the 6th floor has guest rooms. The restaurant is on the 3rd floor but only marked as L for Lobby. R Lounge is the restaurant. Then you take the other elevator down to the main lobby check in area and exit. We hope to get the chance to welcome you back in the not so distant future. have a fabulous day!

最好有自己的停车场
Thank you for your wonderful review and honest feedback. We are delighted that you enjoyed the location, service and parking location. We apologize that we do not have our own garage. Due to where we are we have always had to Valet to another location that provides our guests discounted rates and parking is paid here instead of the garage like it is now however during Covid valet had to be suspended and we have not been able to resume valet as of yet. Hopefully this will change at some point this year or next. We hope to get the chance to welcome you back in the not so distant future. Have a fabulous day!
