The breakfast cafe, although they have a partially covered outdoor patio area, had only a few indoor tables.

The property is absolutely beautiful located directly on the beach with an adorable, kid friendly outdoor pool and a quaint indoor pool/hot tub. Both outdoor and indoor pools are heated as well which is a big plus! The rooms are adorable with a modern-beach theme and many rooms have very nice balconies with views of the pool or ocean.

The menus on lunch and breakfast are small and I don't eat meat, it will be nice if you can get some protein as eggs or mushrooms all day.

Low ceiling, moisture moths, the pictures of the resort are kind of misleading as our room was directly at the parking lot. The sound isolation of the room was really bad. Could hear people talking clearly on the parking lot and snoring occupants from other rooms. Please fix the door to the stairs of the breakfast room so it closes more silently, the double closing sound in 30 second time frequencies makes it impossible to get a good sleep for those sleeping in rooms close to it. Overall more of a motel than resort feel. Blue water resort is next to it and similar.

Cleaning services for a 5 night stay included what they called light touch and only included removing soiled linens and towels. Except our sheets were never changed which would have been fine if the floors were ever swept or vacuumed. Instead we had sand in our sheets and all over the floor. I mean, it’s a beachfront property - this is a foreseeable issue. Vacuum the floors or at least put a broom in the room for guests to try to manage the mess.

Mattresses were the cheaper ones so our backs hurt and was tossing and turning more than usual through the night.

Large gap between door and floor, allowing moist air and sand to accumulate inside the room. Housekeeping did not have a broom, so we bought one to clean the room. Room was advertised as “ocean view”, but the only view we had of the ocean was from the parking lot. Value for the money was not evident.

Amenities were decent, pools were acceptable, bistro was good.

When we got there room floor full of sand.. not cleaned properly. Mini fridge not cold enough. Bathroom door so tight to close ,it's right next to toilet.

Housekeeping they only replenish towels and empty garbage. The floor was full of sand we had to go get tissues and towel paper ourselves.

Overall room was okay, even though they just renovated the rooms, I was expecting a little better, namely that there was no fridge and the tile flooring was really uncomfortable, sand and water got absolutely everywhere with no real way to clean it.

Location is everything, excellent pool for kids and families and beach is only steps away. The ability to use the sister properties is a real plus.
