How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Didn’t like the lack of hotel front desk service after hours. We arrived After hours and we hadn’t received code for outside entrance. Security let us in. Kiosks were out of order. Luckily security let us into our room.

Not enough crockery there for a week and only one dish washer tablet . 20 min walk to nearest store for milk etc

It was pretty confusing to access. We accidentally walked into the wrong suite and had some initial trouble navigating the property and garage until we got used to it. We also had to wait past the original check in time because our space wasn’t ready yet.
The location is wonderful. A short walk to most everything we wanted to do. It was very nice to have separate bathrooms and access to a full kitchen and washer/dryer during our stay (as well as covered parking).

There is not a common place at entrance where to chat with other guests, or drink a beer. Theoretically you have to contact a number or mail for service, but in reality the staff supports you.
Perfect position, I have anjoyed the pool as some other guests, very silent room, free coffee in the morning.

We didn’t have a lot of cutlery unfortunately and the light bulb for my bedside table wasn’t working but apart from that everything else was great
Great location, very spacious apartment and beautiful facilities. It was really handy to have washing machine and dryer too.

Big apartment, modern, full kitchen and washer and dryer. Comfortable bed and great views from your balcony.
Near everything! Walking distance from all the restaurants and broad street. Nice views of downtown great amenities and definitely ease of parking. Rooms are big and have a nice feel of home away from home. Great value you won’t be disappointed.

You cannot open any windows - that said the A/C did seem to be of a very high standard. Using the lift seemed to confuse many people - not just me but it made for a jovial talking point with other people staying there. I am sure there was ICE provided but I never found it.
These are apartments in a great location in Nashville. Cassidy, the lady on reception was extremely helpful and very patient in explaining the Key Lock Box system to me. These apartments are spacious, clean and very well equipped. I used the washer and dryer which were both brilliant (very quick) and they had supplied Washing Powder, Dishwasher Powder and Washing up liquid which I had not expected but were much appreciated.

No shampoo, waited 1.5 days and then had to find a store that sold shampoo. Not close to grocery stores . Couch was uncomfortable and no tv in bedroom.

Our apartment faced the alleyway and big steel bins were collected each morning at 6 am which were noisy. I checked in on line the day before our visit but I still had to check in when I got there, The check in didn’t work in reception, i tried several times, the reception desk person tried as well and it didn’t work. The same happened at checkout.
Close to Broadway but far enough to not be noisy in general

The bed was really small. No clean towels dropped in - needed to ask specifically for them.
Great location 5 min walk to broadway, really clean, nice and spacious apartment , Lovley pool.

Just wrapped up an amazing stay at Sentral SoBro in Nashville and we couldn’t be happier! 🙌 The facilities were top-notch — modern, clean, and super comfortable. The service was excellent from start to finish, with staff who really went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. Our apartment was just a 13-minute walk to Broadway Blvd, putting us right near the heart of Nashville’s legendary nightlife. 🎶🍻 Whether it was live music, rooftop bars, or just the electric atmosphere, we had an unforgettable time. A bit pricey for the location
Lovely apartment with great amenities. We had a late flight out, and were able to leave our luggage with reception. They also let us sit in the communal area as we had some time to kill. Highly recommend!

No free room service provided during a 6 night stay. Had to make efforts to buy dishwasher tablets and laundray powder from supermarket.
Location is great, very close to music hall. The apartment is very spacious. Excellent washing machine and dryer. All the cooking facilities have been provided. Very clean. Huge refrigerator and freezer. Very quiet room as well.
