Hard bed, stayed next door in home stay linked to company after my room at the hostel was taken

When I arrived my room that I booked in advance was taken, staff thankfully sorted out a home stay next door linked to the hostel. Room had a great view and was very clean. Got given keys to the house, sadly Bed was uncomfortable very hard. Shower and bathroom fine

1. They putting bed together without any space between so the next person sleeping next to you might accidently reach to your side as no space between. 2. Not enough Hair dryer as only 1 for whole hostel. 3. The locker in the room is too small. 4. Not enough place to put luggage when all beds occuppied by customer in a room. 5. Shoe rack should be provided in ground floor instead of let customer put smelly shoe in the dorm room with small space. 6. Washroom hot water is not hot enough if raining nonstop for few days. 7. No proper record for all customers booking causing double book in the room,hearing few customers complaint during my stay. 8, Not enough dustbin provided in each floors, only can throw into toilet dustbin. 9. Password for all rooms is same, so it seem pointless to have the digital password keylock for all rooms.

The 6-bed room is extremely crowded and it is difficult to move around, there was a foul smell in the room. The top bed they put me in has an uncomfortable ladder and it is really hard to climb up and I am a small girl, 38 kg, and I just fell off that ladder every time I got out of bed, it was a terrible experience.

Very clean, friendly staff it is a modern building with all the amenities you need. There's also a family dinner done nightly for weary travellers, which is fantastic food. The beds are super comfortable with nice fluffy pillows private and clean. There's buses that can take you to your night bus and scooter rentals too. You'll get everything you need from this hostel and more. Highly recommended

I was pressured ("highly recommended") into changing to the more expensive 6-bed dorm on my arrival (I later found out that the hostel said that I never checked in. Are they cheating the system?). Also to attend the group BBQ for Tet with this saying that most restaurants would be closed on the Tet eve (this did not appear to be the case). The dorm room is SUPER SMALL (I glanced into a couple of the other dorm rooms and they were more spacious even with more bunks - so a total rip off for the 6-bunk dorm) - see photos. They wanted to hold my passport as a deposit - they accepted 500,000 dong instead. WiFi was in and out.

Cheap stay in the city center. Free luggage storage. The hostel is new and clean. Bunk has curtains, outlet, light and a large locker/shelf (but most locks won't fit the locking mechanism). Free water refill. Large bathroom. Plenty of hot water. Small cafe/bar. Organizes tours, and busses.

I originally came here to stay for a week, but I've been here for 5 weeks. The facilities are so clean and nice, the beds are comfortable, and the staff are so friendly (especially Dragon he can do everything) and helpful. The family dinners are especially delicious. They book all the trips and bus tickets for me. I feel like family.

16 people are staying in a room where 8 people should ideally be a maximum of 10 people. The bunk beds are stuck together and having a curtain in between doesn't mean anything. It is not suitable for staying in humane conditions. Very cramped and crowded.

it was an amazing stay, food was good and a lot of options, cheap price and lovely cooker, the Hostel was cozy and super close to day and night market also the Maze bar, crazy house,...flowers gardent.. to be honest it is take only one step arrive ;} room was spotless, and comfortable, really good price for every services, everything is new and take good care of it definitely, this place is on top list hostel of the southern Asia i have been so far, love love love We will be back in one day

All was amazing

I liked each and everything. Hostel just opened few days back so it was an honor to be one of the first guests. Its absolutly New, everything is perfectly clean and working. 2 Shower at every floor what is really comfortable. Very cozy bed, i literally couldnt make myself to get up in the morning because its too comfy. But the best part of the Hostel is Dragon, his smile will meet you on reception. He is a vibe=) And also he is very helpful, u can rent a bike, book a ticket or Tour with really good price. So, highly reccomend and will come again for sure! And yeah, location is amaizing - nearby Central Market
