Perhaps the room I stayed in retained a lot of heat from the afternoon sun due to the room position, so it was rather warm throughout despite the air conditioning being set at a very low temperature. Location is not by the seaside but if you don’t mind it, this is the hotel to stay in for Danang. It’s easy to get a Grab anytime anyway.

Modern design, very comfortable and room is spacious. Great service by the hotel staff and very prompt in handling the laundry request. Good discount for the in-house massage and it was a great experience.

Location is not the most convenient but it’s so easy and inexpensive to Grab anywhere so it’s hardly an issue.

Modern design with contemporary furnishings in a very comfortable setting. The service is very earnest, warm and prompt. The room offers nice city views and has the best bed for sleep quality. We tried the inhouse massage service as well at a great price and it was a good experience! Breakfast was good too with a nice array of dishes.

Everything! this was by far the best hotel we have stayed at, on our trip to Vietnam. The staff were so friendly, everything was clean, the breakfast was fresh and yum, the bed was huge and comfortable, the shower pressure was great. Wifi worked perfectly, TV had so many options that actually worked! Location was great and last of all.. the pool was incredible! Stunning views. All round 10/10 would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone thinking about it.

Beds (timber base on bed takes up too much room and he kicked our shins on it 🤭) photos on net were deceiving giving us the impression that rooms were bigger then they were.

Always had to ring downstairs to get pool towels, no pool bar so had to ring reception. English was not very good, but staff were very nice.

While the water pressure & temp were more than fine, the shower itself wasn’t very functional due to the fact it wasn’t tall enough to get your head without holding the shower head by hand. This may be normal for some but definitely would make washing your hair difficult.

Hotel was conveniently located, walking distance to the beach and lots of restaurants & bars. Facilities were great with the rooftop pool, a well-priced spa and our room came with breakfast. Plus the bed was huge (we had a super king in our Superior Double room).

The only thing I was disappointed is the quality of massage. It is okay, that it is more expensive than in the nearby places. Because it is a hotel. But you expect at least the same quality. However, the quality was lower than in other Da Nang places I visited

The best work of the reception I saw so far, and I travelled a lot. The room was good, but it is so in many hotels. The stuff is what makes the difference. The reception was very helpful and we received assistance in all kinds of situations. They took all our problems and requests as their own ones The breakfast was also great, with many different options to select from

The shower area didn't have an enclosure from the WC.

Absolutely loved the bed and pillows! They were super comfortable. During our trip we kept talking about how comfy the Estrella bed was. Overall great hotel and location. Decent breakfast spread, unfortunately we were in a hurry so couldn't eat much. They have a great infinity pool on the terrace and a 10 min walk from the beach.

Very polite and friendly staff. Hotel looks very new, everything is clean. Room was very spacious and so comfortable. There is a pool with a nice view on the roof. Everything looks even better than on photos. Amazing value for the money.

The bath tub too high it’s hard to get out after shower, weird position of shower heads, it spills water all over the place.

Breakfast - we typically eat local food which we enjoy and like to try new foods. The food at breakfast wasn't to our taste. The egg bar was good though
