The facilities is a bit dated but can tell it is well maintained and clean. The mattress is nice and soft and the air con is comfortable. The shower is nice with strong water pressure. The staff are nice and helpful. Gave us local advice on what local shop to eat and help us pack take away breakfast for our early flight.

Everything about the hotel was perfect. They also have breakfast and a wide selection of dishes that you can also request, all included in the hotel package. The staff are also very friendly and attentive, apart from that the room is very spacious especially for a family of 4 with luggage. The location of the hotel is also very central so it saves you time and money going around the old quarter.

They location is brilliant firstly located in the old quarter. The rooms are brilliant and one of the best breakfasts I’ve had in SE Asia. What separates this hotel from any I’ve stayed in was the staff, they were the nicest and most helpful staff I’ve ever encountered. I booked 2 nights originally and when leaving to do the Ha Giang loop I booked to come back 3 days later but wouldn’t arrive until 3am. I left my clothes to washed and dried and all was waiting for me in my room when I came back from a 7 hour bus ride. I will be booking this hotel again when I return to Hanoi. They also helped arrange a taxi from the hotel to the airport for me as well.

The staff of Anna, Jessica, Benzo, Tom, and Lan, were so welcoming. They did everything they could to make my stay enjoyable. The staff packed me a breakfast on days I left early for the day. My luggage was brought to my room when I returned back to Hanoi. My dirty clothes are being cleaned while I am gone. Staff always had good ideas of places to see and where to go eat. The room was very comfortable. The best compliment I can give is my original stay was for 5 nights, and I will be returning 3 more times. I glad to have selected this hotel.

Wonderful staff, great breakfast and perfect location on a quietish lane in the middle of the Old Town. Very reasonable laundry service with a quick turnaround, and they looked after some of our bags for us when away for a few days. We organised airport taxis through them as well as a driver for the day for some sightseeing - everything was very well organised and communicated.

I have traveled to Hanoi on several occasions, staying in the Old Quarter at various hotels. They were all a bit cramped due to the narrow building widths, and at times the buildings showed their age. What differentiates my experience this time is the service and the personalities of the hotel staff. In the case of Eliana Ruby, the team was personable, helpful, and kind. Ms. Daisy worked the dining area during breakfast, making sure everyone started the day with her smile. Ms. Jessica communicated with us before our arrival, checked in on us during the day, and helped arrange our airport transport. Miss Anna and Mr. Nam at the front desk engaged with guests by answering questions and taking care of room and other requests. In all cases, the "ER" team was delightful to interact with and engaging in their responses. One more huge plus was the wonderful breakfast that included buffet choices as well as the option to order individual items from a set menu.

Not only was the welcome from the staff amazing but the location of this hotel is set away from the crazy roads in Hanoi in a quiet little turning. This means you don’t hear the constant honking of horns when trying to sleep! Breakfast was tasty and varied. One day, when we set off too early for breakfast, they prepared us some sandwiches and fruit for the journey - what a nice touch! Rooms/bathrooms/lobbys were all kept clean and well maintained. Staff even helped sort out taxis to the airport and were always on hand to help with queries. Highly recommend. Thanks again to Jessica, Tom, Benzo, Daisy and Anna :)

Excellent location, staff team were very welcoming and offered useful advice. Breakfast was good and staff very friendly and encouraged us to order as much as we wanted. We are a family of 4 and our room was large, beds were big and comfortable (Softer than most other beds in Vietnam!), perfect for our stay whilst exploring Hanoi.

The reception staff were very attentive an willing to assist with any enquiries we had. The crew in the dinning room were great, especially Daisy, who was a big fan of our daughters :-) The toilet got backed up several times. Seems to be an issue in the Old Quarter as I noticed this during a previous visit at another hotel.
