The location was excellent if you want to stay in the heart of the old quarter. Very fast check in and Aimee on reception was excellent. It was like having a tour guide as she looked after us and gave us lots of tips each day.

It was a bit too noisy for us old codgers!!!!

We chose this for the location, although we underestimated just how close to the old quarter it was 😁. If you want to be at the centre of what’s happening in the old quarter of Hanoi, you’ll do no better. Mr Mike was the find of our trip, as he organised our whole Hanoi adventures and was brilliant. Thoroughly recommend Mr Mike for your Hanoi travel arrangements, they were flawless and we saw all we wanted to see. You are also a 15 min walk from Train Street, plan your timing for the train coming through you won’t be disappointed.

The location is great! But noisy as everywhere in Hanoi. The manager Mike is an Angel!!!!! He was supporting me all my trip at the north of Vietnam and back with everyth what I needed. He provided me with a SIM cards. Taxi, the best tours and adjusted all my planning to make it more efficient. Really great guy!

Rather old fashioned but we booked at a discounted price so it was still value for money.

Staff were amazing. There was a mixup with the airport pickup but the sorted it out very efficiently. Very central location, convenient for shops and nightlife.

Awesome experience at the hotel. Staff are all so friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Mr.Mike for his detailed attention to my request. Loved the family suite and thereafter a free upgrade to family suite with a balcony view. The decoration was so pretty especially the little 5 towel rabbits. Appreciate the hospitality.

Fabulous hotel, great location in the Old Quarter a few minutes walk to the lake. After traveling for nearly 24 hours we arrived to a warm welcome, we even got a room upgrade and the staff managed to have our room ready early so we could take a nap. The room was lovely, very clean and comfortable, which had a great street view (triple glazed windows). I would 100 percent recommend. The staff were outstanding.

Our one night stay was absolutely fantastic as the service is impeccable at this hotel!!! The front desk employees are by far the most attentive we met on our honeymoon during which we stayed at several hotels throughout SE Asia. The hotel itself is very nice and well maintained. It is also an ideal location in Hanoi as it is right in the heart of old town. You must stay here!

The toilet has a full glass window facing the building across the property which i guess can view the guests while using the toilet. The blind shade can be closed only half of the window.
