Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.

By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

SingaporeFood - breakfast was great, but everything else wasn't good.
Naman Retreat is a very beautiful, clean and well-maintained resort. Everything was perfect, except the food. The breakfast at Hay Hay restaurant was great, but everything else we ate at this resort didn't meet the standard. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. During check-in, a staff was assigned as an ambassador who regularly checked on us, our experience at the resort, helped us with room services, etc.

United KingdomNot really walking distance to anything, but taxi’s are cheap and only 20 minutes to Da Nang and Hoi An. So it’s not a big issue.
We absolutely loved this place! We were greeted by staff, accompanied by a drink and then were driven to our apartment. The apartment was plenty big enough for the five of us and was really comfy, with everything we needed. The facilities were unmatched, multiple pools (beach front), spa and gym had everything you needed for a good work out and a relaxing time. The restaurant were all amazing, but the breakfast buffet blew our minds! The stay were incredible very attentive and helpful, front of house staff member Harry was always on call when you needed anything or any information.

South KoreaWe had a wonderful trip to Namang retreat. The staff were attentive, the food was delicious, the villa was perfect, the daily massages were amazing, and the facilities were great! The resort assigns you a personal ambassador who will be in daily contact to check how you are and to support. We had the excellent Everlynn who helped us make bookings and answered other questions.

NetherlandsOverall the whole property is accessible friendly. Could improve in the bathroom with hand rails for shower and bathtub. The staircase in the spa with all the dark wood needs to be lit up at all times
Naman Retreat is very pretty on a well layout compound. A mix of apartment and private villas. 3 pools, 3 restaurants, spa and wellness. The Bliss Suite I was in was comfortable with a living cum dining area and separate bedroom. A narrow terrace you can only stand to look at the sea. The private beach is amazing - spend 2 days just enjoying the sun and warm breeze at the sun lounges. The private villas are great for families to get together as it has own private pool, patio and BBQ pit. The Vietnamese restaurant food was great with awesome deco. PS: for someone who does not watch TV they provide a good selection of satellite channels

AustraliaNothing! Honestly, we enjoyed the entire place!
The staff were phenomenal. Honestly, I think western countries could learn a thing or two from Vietnamese hospitality! They made us feel so welcome and went well beyond our expectations in making sure we were taken care of. The facilities are amazing. Walking around the property allows you to absorb nature and experience a true slice of paradise. It was so relaxing!

LuxembourgThe restaurants in the hotel had high prices in comparison with the restaurants outside of it, when it should happen the opposite, so as to keep the clients in the hotel.
Despite the bad weather who didn't allow us to enjoy the external activities of the hotel, like the pool and the sun beds, we had a wonderful time there. All the stuff was sweet and ready to help. A big thank you to Katie, our "ambassador" and took care of everything we needed. She was amazing! Thank you!

AustraliaWhile the resort itself is absolutely stunning, my experience with Deven, the yoga master, truly stood out. His meditation and yoga sessions were nothing short of fantastic—deeply calming and expertly guided. I only wish we had someone with his incredible skills back in Australia. A transformative experience that added so much to my stay!

IrelandWe stayed in an apartment instead of a villa this time and we felt the apartment lacked the 5 star touches that we were paying for. It was perfectly clean and comfortable but felt the same as other 3/4 star places we had stayed for much cheaper. The food was nice but again, not amazing as you might expect from a five star hotel.
The Naman is absolutely beautiful. The facilities are amazing - gym, pool, salon. The cocktails are delicious with happy hour by the pool everyday. The staff are really helpful. They organise a free bus into town twice each day. Airport collection was so seamless. The BBQ buffet party was great fun with live music and a good selection of foods.

AustraliaBeach was closed for swimming. Dining in resort was a little pricey. 20 min grab ride to Danang. Beach water dirty (not resorts’ fault) so dont expect crystal clear blue water.
Beautiful grounds. Happy hour by the pool. Places to rest and relax. 3 bedroom apartment was a winner for our big family. Beach was kept clean by resort staff.

Hong KongI was there for a wedding and I could not get the wedding rate as I booked too early and my rate was non-refundable. For an individual traveller it is slightly overpriced. Also, as it’s in between Danang city center and Hoi An, some sightseeing might be a bit far away, like Ba Na Hills or Hoi An. Marble Mountains is the closest spot.
It has a real holiday feel to the resort: lovely white sand beach with parasols and comfortable lounges (but not too crowded), palm trees everywhere, 3 swimming pools, amazing buffet breakfast, great service (love the buggy’s!) and delicious food!

The resort was lovely and the staff were absolutely wonderful, especially at the end of our stay when we didn't need to leave for several hours after check out. Our concierge was very attentive and helpful. Staying in the tower afforded lovely sunrise views of the sea. We loved the pool by the beach and the food and seating options in the beach vicinity. The suite was perfect for me and my two adult children so that we were together but not on top of each other. The resort was quiet and peaceful, a nice tonic after hectic days in old town Hanoi! The food was plentiful and delicious.

NetherlandsThe resort feels a bit outdated, and another issue we encountered was the lack of available sunbeds by the main pool near the water. After breakfast, all the beds were already taken. While the poolboy was very helpful in finding us a spot, this isn't a sustainable solution for everyone. The resort should consider adding more sunbeds in that area. These are the two main drawbacks that need attention.
The rooms were spacious and modern, but the hotel could use a bit of a refresh, as some areas feel a bit worn out. The staff was very friendly, the food was delicious, and I enjoyed the location by the pool and water. I stayed in the villas, which were great, but I'm unsure how I would have felt in the main building. The breakfast was outstanding, one of the best I've ever had, and the massage was good as well. The resort is quite remote, so you’ll need a taxi to get to town, but it’s not too far. There’s also a great kids' club with supervision, allowing parents to enjoy a massage or relax by the pool. Additionally, every Saturday and Wednesday, they host a fantastic barbecue with a set price for unlimited food and drinks, accompanied by live music. The food, especially the fresh salmon and tuna, was delicious, and the evening was perfectly organized. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

AustraliaLet me tell you, Helen our personal ambassador was incredible. She was attentive to our needs and was so helpful in booking excursions last minute. By far the best experience I've had with a concierge at a resort. The property is as stunning as it looks. Yoga with Mey was incredible. We did the 3 hours spa package and in my opinion one of the best massages I've ever had. Breakfast was also exceptional and the staff there were super attentive to our needs and remembered where we liked sitting every morning for brekkie. The coffee at Hay Hay is incredible, buy a packet if you love good coffee. The 4 cheese pizza at Blounge was tremendous, thank you to the chefs!
