The hotel was clean, although we did notice some ants in the room. The rooms themselves were on the smaller side; if you're traveling with kids or lots of luggage, be aware that the apartments aren’t very spacious. One of the challenges we faced was communication – only about two staff members spoke English at a communicative level; the rest struggled to understand even basic requests, which made things a bit difficult at times. A few practical tips: keep your windows closed at night unless you want to be woken up by barking dogs and roosters in the early morning hours.

We stayed at this hotel in Sapa as a family of four (two kids aged 3 and 9), and overall, it was a good experience. The location is excellent – just a 2-minute walk from the lake and about 5 minutes to a large shop, which was very convenient. One unexpected benefit was its proximity (also just 2 minutes) to the local medical point – essentially a small hospital – which came in handy when our child had an accident and needed stitches. Note that you need to be on at least the third floor to get a proper view, which might be important if you’re expecting scenic vistas. Breakfast was decent, offering a mix of Asian and European options. Despite some small inconveniences, we had a pleasant stay

We don't like climbing up to the room by stairs up to 7th and 8th floor. The stairs should have been covered/roofed with polycarbonate sheet at least. The hassle part was during rainy moments, the stairs are slippery and prone to hazard.

We like the location very much, very accessible. Rooms were huge and veranda is okay. Breakfast Buffet was good and value for money indeed. Staff especially, Mr. Le Van Dung is very accommodating of our requests.

Breakfast dishes cleanliness can be improved, need to cover food items. The room size what was advertised (30 Sq m) is not matching the allocated room size. My room size is around 20 sq m.

Overall stay is ok. The location is OK. Not far from sapa sun plaza( sapa square) . Around 1 km.

I booked 2 rooms with mountain view, but we got a restaurant view instead. It would have been much better if they told us beforehand so we can consider upgrading our rooms. If you really want a view, ask for a room on higher floors than 3rd floor. There is no elevator, so if you're travelling with kids, old people, or lots of suitcases, you might want to consider another place. The property is lovely, but it needs serious and thorough upgrades and maintenance since the furniture are old, especially the bed. It squeaks every time someone just pretty much touch it, which is annoying after a long day of walking and exploring. The mattresses are not comfy at all, so were the pillows.

The buffet breakfast is amazing. We got 2 rooms next to each other as requested, which is wonderful. However, 1 room is obviously much smaller than the other one. The staff are all exceptional and made us feel as welcome and cared for as possible. Everything is within walking distance, and I love the flowers all around the property.

The beds and pillows were too hard for my liking so it was a bit of a struggle to sleep. The bathroom although clean and well stocked lacked proper ventilation so it smelt quite damp.

I really enjoyed the view the most. I didn't expect the rooms to have such a great overlook of the City. It was Central but no too close to the main hustle and bustle which made it nice and quiet at night.

Didn't really like the breakfast, personally. Cleanliness could have been better. There was some hair in between the sheets which makes me wonder if the sheets were changed prior to the previous user. And also the humidity and temperature made it really hard to dry our towels, so having a good bathroom ventilation would be good. Our air conditioning didn't work at first but the staff helped us to resolve that.

The location was great! Close to the main hub and also fairly near to a mart. The views are great and the receptionists and service are fairly decent as well.

We had a fantastic stay at Sapa Village Hotel. We arrived early at 6 AM, and for an extra 300,000 VND, they kindly allowed us to check in early, which we thought was reasonable. The room had an amazing view, comfy beds, and the breakfast was delicious. Logistics were seamless both when arriving at and leaving the hotel. They also offered us tours and assisted us with transportation arrangements, which made our trip even easier. What we truly appreciated was their flexibility. They allowed us to store our luggage after checkout since our bus wasn’t leaving until 9:30 PM. We even got to relax in the lobby after returning at 6 PM before catching our bus. This extra hospitality made a big difference! Overall, a wonderful experience, and we highly recommend Sapa Village Hotel for their great service and comfort.
