At the time, there was building going on nearby. Not the fault of Tam Coc Marina Villa AT ALL but it meant we woke early whether we wanted to or not.

Jenny and her family provide an excellent experience in a fantastic location. Relaxed and well-priced. It was our second stay and if we ever return to Tam Coc, we’ll stay there again.

his family-run accommodation truly makes all the difference. You immediately feel warmly welcomed, like part of the family. The atmosphere is incredibly genuine and heartfelt. The swimming pool is perfectly located and adds a wonderful touch to the stay, especially after a day of exploring. Breakfasts are delicious, varied, and served with great care and attention. Everything you need is within easy reach, and in just a few minutes’ walk you find yourself surrounded by the breathtaking mountains of Tam Coc. The wifi was excellent and stable, perfectly suitable for video conferences without any issues. A true gem. I would return without hesitation.

Beautiful hotel and in a great location just a very short walk from everything - restaurants, bars, shops, nature and the tam coc marina. The staff were lovely and very accommodating. Would definitely recommend this property.

The room didn’t get cleaned while we were there and the shower only had cold water. But since we only booked 2 nights this didn’t bother us.

Great place with a great atmosphere. The owners were extremely friendly although only the daughter spoke English. Gave us extra drinks and food for breakfast and when we left the place we used the seating area to relax, and the host came with nuts and water for us to enjoy foc. The rooms were great. AC worked fine. Close to town. Close to places to rent scooters and bicycles. Close to laundry service. Overall extremely pleased with the stay and would choose this place again if we ever come back.

Everything was wonderful. Jenny and her family were very warm, helpful, and affectionate. We especially thank Jenny’s mother. Thanks to them, we felt like we were at home.

Difficult to moderate the water temperature and pressure. Wet room is all in one as some other reviewers mention.

This accommodation is in a perfect spot being 5 mins walk to the Tam Coc boat rides and not much further to the main strip for eating, massages, shopping & booking transport. On arrival the pool area may look a little tired but at night time it’s magical. Breakfast is included and you’ll be asked for your order the night before. We had a balcony room & it’s worth noting this is actually a just little bench seat outside your door overlooking the pool area. One of the cleanest rooms I’ve had in Vietnam. Comfortable beds. Unlikely you’ll find better value in Tam Coc.

Beautiful surroundings of the property. The garden gives it a more rural, small town feel. The lady at the reception speaks English well, she's helpful and engages in conversation. Room size is good,bed was comfortable. I also like dining area,open and airy.

The blankets could’ve been warmer and the toilet is a little dim.

The room did not have a safe (safety deposit box is listed as a property feature) however we didn’t investigate the lockers mentioned as we felt quite safe in the Tam Coc area.

Excellent location close to the Tam Coc boat departure area. Room had streaming capabilities (e.g. Netflix) which seemed to be rare in the other locations we stayed. The hosts are very accommodating with luggage storage and ensured I had a vegan breakfast. They are very responsive on Whatsapp.

All staff could not be more helpful. So lovely and chatty. Location was perfect. Quiet and cozy. It was cold when we visited, so unfortunately didn't get to use the pool, but looked very inviting. Room had plenty of space for backpacks and was well equipped. Nice shower and huge bed. Breakfast very nice. We left for a 7am bus and were given bread and drinks for breakfast to take with us.

The Tam Coc Marina villa was ideally located a short stroll from the main square and back off the road so was a quiet location. Check in was prompt, as mentioned by other reviewers, having to choose breakfast the previous evening was unusual but OK once you are used to the offering that was all tasty. Laundry done in 24 hours for approx £1 p.kilo. The flip flops provided need to be used in the wet room as this can get slippery.
