My room's shower cubicle was not water tight. When I showered, the water was not contained inside and leaked out. Lift was rather small as well

I was really very happy with this hotel. Everything was decorated stylishly and spotlessly clean. The staff were super helpful, and my room was spacious and bright. The breakfast offered a nice variety of Asian and Western cooked dishes, and continental options. The location was within walking distance of many attractions, and the hotel is surrounded by vibrant cafes and restaurants. I noticed that they privided ear plugs, and had read a few comments ts about the street noise, but I was on the second floor and didn't have any problem sleeping. Overall, except value for the quality of service. I will be back.

The Odys boutique hotel is a charming place to stay when you visit Saigon. The staff and facilities are very good as well. Although it’s located in a less modern street, there are plenty of food choices available and convenient stores aren’t difficult to find either.

Stayed here for 3 nights. The staff only said hello once we checked in. Never spoke to them again until we checked out. The toilets block easy. The room was ok. The hotel is a 15-minute walk from Walking Street. Breakfast is very poor. Once things have run out, they are not quick to refill. Other hotels were spot on, with refilling. You had to help yourself to the cutlery and wasn't set on the table ready. Looks lovely from the outside. Security guards are more friendly and helpful.

Location was great, short 6 min walk to Ben Thanh market. We had a SUPERIOR DBL room (No window). For 2 people with luggage, it was small, but I'd still rate the room as excellent value for money. Aircon worked well re adjustments, thermostat, etc. Bed very comfy.

The mattress was so hard. A mattress topper would do wonders. The staff need to speak or understand more english speaking to make it a lot easier.

The Staff were so friendly and accommodation at all times. The location is absolutely perfect to eating and for shopping. The breakfast was so good. Plenty to choice from.

Given the number of 'western' guests staying at the hotel, work could be done to improve the level of staff's English.
