Rooms very old and run down. Not very clean especially around the window cill and bathroom. Don’t compare the photos of what you’re going to get.

Rooms aren’t as modern and could do with a little touch up but they are fine.

The property was in great location, next to everything you need. Hotel organised a tours for us at a good price. They have a spa and offer lovely treatments. Staff were so friendly they carried our bags up to our room. Hotel smelt lovely.

The elevator is small and slow. At night loud music can be heard from the streets.

The location was good. It was near Ben Thanh market (walking distance) and also near some eating establishments (since there is no in-house resto). The staff were kind and helpful.

It was very dated and the beds were very hard. The spa downstairs behind reception looked great value until we were passed a questionaire on how good it was. It was amazing, however the price of the foot massage was d190,000 and we were put under pressure to pay an additional d100,000 per person, which is a ridiculous percentage to tip. We only had one.

It has a bath and the location was fantastic. Close to all the action but quiet at the same time. We had a room at the back off the street. It was budget accommodation, so it was ok.

Room badly needed renovating. Very little light in the bathroom. 6 out of 7 power points did not work (no bedside lamp and had to unplug the tv to charge the phone). Bed was very hard. Glass entry door let in a lot of light that couldn't be controlled at night.

Tidy and clean. Well positioned in a side street that had little to no noise. Staff were friendly and efficient. I guess good value for money (you get what you pay for).

The formerly white bedsheets have seen better days and are faded. The air conditioner isn't very good at regulating the room temperature and either blasts cold air or is stiflingly stuffy when the temperature is turned down. Walls could do with some refreshed finishing and painting. Expect a decent budget hotel rather than a 3* hotel.

Good location in District 1, within walking distance of many sightseeing locations e.g. Walking Street, Independence Palace, Café Apartments. Beds were comfortable and shower was hot. Staff were helpful.

It wasn’t very clean. The shower head was way too low to stand under it. The mattress had a hollow in it so you rolled back into every time you moved. Needs replacing.

The hotel is quite old and doesn't look much like the pictures. It needs some refurb and a lick of paint. There is karaoke next door occasionally which can be heard in the hotel in the evening, though it doesn't go on till very late. There are a couple of rooms in the hotel which are much better than the others, if you get these then you'll have a better experience.

The room was clean and of a decent standard. The staff were very accommodating and helpful, they really improved the stay by trying to do everything in their power to fulfill requests when possible. The receptionist was attentive and she sent for different pillows on request when I mentioned the ones in the room were hard; she also changed my room when I pointed out that the first one appointed was less than satisfactory. Overall it was a good stay but only thanks to these changes and little attentions.
