Food at all mealtimes excellent. Buffet type and always something you like. Extremely impressed with the restaurant staff... when a person who was a little less able bodied they were straight there to help them find a seat and get them their food. All staff throughout the hotel were very friendly and helpful

We expected to be more families with kids as hotel has facilities for kids but mostly it was pensioners. Kids room wasn't kids room, it was a games room which is paid and also 15 eur for supervising a kid in kids room is too pricey, you really need to get rid of this everything and just have a normal playroom for kids with one supervisor for free. Also we didn't find program what is happening when.

As for the rest of the Northen Cyprus, it is difficult to get a car for rent (fully insured) from the Southern part, so we had to take a taxi from Larnaca Airport. Obviously, it is related to a complex political situation and has nothing to do with the Hotel. Perhaps staff could be (generally) a bit more friendly, some looked a bit sad.

Over crowded in every where. Staff was to busy Couse crowdedness. No activities on Sunday. Not even simple music. Casino is not that good. Again crowdedness

Not much to do for children,no indoor play area

Overloaded staff in the restaurant and bars. Should be more people working there during hot season. Permanent queues and dirty tables. Hotel can and should do comething with the "booking" of sunbeds at 7-8 am by customers with not showing up half of the day. Hammam is awful, nothing in common with the traditional Turkish one. Peeling with no sauna before? what? Nothing is around the hotel (even supermarket) and no promenade.

Beautiful facilities, plenty of activities, the staff well friendly and welcoming. And the food was awesome! Also, they allowed us to keep our "wrist bands" after checkout at 12pm & we could access facilities until late in the evening!

Blackout curtain in our room was shorter than an actual wall which was annoying. Cocktails not great quality (served on quantity not quality) they need professional staff to prepare them. Wine also not great quality for a 5* hotel. Night entertainment not great, quite boring

Plenty of food and drinks non stop for all inclusive guests. Lot's of activities during the day. Bed was comfortable. Not much noise from the hallway, good isolation

This is just a personal taste but breakfast was not for us as although there was plenty to choose from (including boiled potatoes and brocolli!) they did not have the more English selection, and to be fair why should they it is Northern Cyprus, or pastries. This was fine though as we missed breakfast and spent time on the beach and was in lunch for 12.30 when it opened, and this was always excellent.

The resort is well laid out with plenty of different areas for sun bathing, bar areas and just areas to sit. The food was very good and the staff friendly - also spotlessly clean.

Mealtimes are a nightmare in the dining room. We used the pool bar for snacks as the restaurant is way to busy and people literally fighting to get food.
