I couldn’t help but be slightly disappointed by the view. The family suite 101 looks out at parked cars which block the sea view and is quite noisy. Plus the gate coming in and out is right next to the apartment and it’s not very sound proof. Would have been good to have more amenities. There was no salt and pepper, hairdryer etc. Not very suitable when staying for just one night and you don’t want to go and buy little things like that.

Staff were fabulous. Especially Brian. The apartment was spotless and modern, and very comfortable. The view from the apartment in the early morning when there were no cars parked on the road, was incredible.

What a wonderful place ! We stayed in a Pool Facing Deluxe apartment. So beautifully and tastefully decorated, everything is brand new, top of the range appliances and amenities. The location is brilliant, the staff is amazing, so friendly and helpful. The most comfortable beds ever. Can't rate this lovely place highly enough, 10 is too low 🙂 Highly recommend to anyone wanting to visit Hermanus. We'll definitely be back.

We were blown away by the manor! Friendliest staff and a lovely welcome. We were on our honeymoon and everyone made us feel so welcome. The breakfast was so good and the bed was probably the best we’ve ever slept in!

The location is superb! On walking distance of the nice village, great restaurants and coffee shops (Molo and Black Medicine are tips!), the cliff path were you can spot dolphins and whales!

Nothing at all to mention!

The apartment 209 is perfect. Nicely sized 2 bedrooms both en-suite. 209 has a pool view and a great balcony. Location could not better for Hermanus.

The fact that we were accommodated with a gas braai on request. Assistance was given for a medication request.

We’re an expat family of four with two pre-teen children, and we travel extensively both internationally and within South Africa. This has truly been the best place we’ve stayed in the Western Cape region so far. The apartment was spotless and exceptionally well-equipped with high-quality appliances and finishes — from beautiful Le Creuset kitchenware to Smeg and Bosch appliances. Every little detail was thoughtfully provided, right down to dishwasher tablets and laundry detergent. The bedding was also very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location couldn’t be better — within walking distance to everything: local markets, restaurants, shops, and the harbour. It made exploring the area effortless and enjoyable. We felt completely at home and had everything we needed for a comfortable and memorable stay. We’ll most definitely be back again!

Prime location (coast and city). Everything in safe walkable distance day and night. Exceptional warm welcome. Spacious modern well equipped apartment with all amenities. Thanks, Trevor and colleagues for making our last two nights in South Africa and unforgettable stay. Our best accommodation during a 2 weeks South Africa tour. Would definitely come back!!
