The breakfast is difficult with a limit to use in a separate restaurant, which is quite expensive. Would have prefered a buffet or a better restaurant.

This was the first time I entered a room and it did not have the water and milk for coffee like they usually do. I figure this was a fluke as I did not have an issue any other days and never had this issue before.

I have stayed here several times during my work trip and love it here. The room is great with very comfy bed and couch, the rooftop is fabulous, and the restaurant is tasty and convenient.

We stayed here one night and the facility is lovely. The room is super comfortable. The staff was super helpful and nice. The facility uses facial recognition for security. It feels very high tech.

The other manger(gentleman with dreads). Not friendly at all. He would just stand by the door chatting to the waiters and go stand and the back by the kitchen. He won't even ask if you are okay or take your cup or plate when he passes your table even though he can see you are done dining. He is not a people's person at all. You could feel Siphokazi's absence.

I would like to express my gratitude to the hotel staff, expecially to the lady at reception. I forgot her name but she worked the day shift as is from Joburg. She was so welcoming, warm, friendly and just a sweet person and suggested few places where we could go. And the cup for excellent service goes to the Pink restaurant staff🏆a special thank you to the Manager Siphokazi and her staff Lain, Dolly, Zethu and Wiseman. You guys are the best!! I can't stop talking about you all and the 5 star treatment you gave us. Your smiles, the chats we had... Oh you really passionate about what you do and you do it so effortlessly. my only concern was that the front desk had my drivers license from the afternoon of check in until the next day lunch time and never contacted me to advise , I only found out much later and drove back to hotel to find my drivers license laying on receptions desk

Unfortunately the building site opposite is not a great view, especially with workman working six days a week. Means you have an audience if you want to use the balcony.

The location in Sea Point was central with access to all the restaurants and the promenade with a quick trip to V&A shopping if required.

There was construction across from our room, so we had the view of construction workers and noise until about 6pm that night, we could not sit on our balcony or leave our Curtains open

Everything was top notch especially the location. Breakfast was included in the restaurant (Sonny and Irene) located on the ground floor which we loved going to each morning. Service and quality of the food was excellent. We also had dinner at the restaurant on the 9th floor, “Nines”. Excellent place for dinner and watching the sunset. The hotel was within easy walking distance of the beach, stores, restaurants, and cafes. Hotel was also very secure and offered laundry at an unbeatable price.

Lovely clean, spacious, modern room. Great location, lovely staff, good gym and the breakfast was exceptional - probably the best we've ever had at a hotel.

We were unable to enjoy a drink at the rooftop bar as it was booked out each evening for private functions which was disappointing.

We absolutely loved the breakfast available. It was very accommodating for dietary requirements and the food was just excellent. The room was spacious and comfortable with a lovely balcony.
