Room was smaller than expected, but this might be on me for not reading everything properly. They lock the minifridge, meaning I couldn't use it to chill my beverages!!

Amazing location. Attentive staff, good breakfast, they went the extra mile for the comfort. Easy to walk to shops, bars, restauratants, etc. Very safe area

Pool was closed without any prior communication, however we didn’t intend in using it anyway.

They do not change bedding. I was there for 4 days it had stains and they just pulled it and made up the bed like that. They could do better by giving 1 bottle of water daily but you only get it once. The bathroom doesn’t have extractor fans so the shower doesn’t smell good and there is mould on the wall. They do not replenish shower gel, sanitary holders and other amenities daily. The pool area was not working as there was maintenance underway and it was not communicated prior The room was smaller than pictured

The views were breathtaking. Their breakfast had a variety of foods and it was always nice. The place was quiet and the service was great.

Outside areas of our room (patios) could have been better maintained. Although the location looks good on the map, staff rather put us off walking out to the gardens, and we took taxis everywhere instead. The pool was being refurbished during our stay which was just a bit unlucky. We didn't stay long enough to understand and master the TV ;o)

Our penthouse room was exceptional although the outside patio areas were a little unkempt and, unfortunately due to fires on Table Mountain and strong winds during our visit, largely unusable. The staff were charming. Price was very good, but we were exceptionally lucky with the exchange rate. It made a nice change to stay in the city rather than near the waterfront. There was no elevator to the final floor but staff happily carried our luggage upstairs.

Everytime we asked for the iron there was always a delay and we would be told that they are not enough. That can be a problematic issue because the hotel is big and therefore I believe there should be enough irons.

It’s in the central. Very close to shops and restaurants, that was very convinient because we could sometimes walk. It’s very beautiful and the views are amazing

Very minor details, the lid was missing off the water container for the coffee machine and the water container looked very dusty and unclean and we didn't use it. When we used the water in the mini bar, it wasn't replenished, we had to ask for more.

The staff were so lovely! The view of tabletop mountain is amazing at breakfast! Lots of local restaurants nearby.

We had a few cockroaches in our room, I was not happy with that. Thats not cool to experience at a beautiful hotel like that

Our first night wasn’t so great as we were in a tiny room on the 2nd floor in one of the rooms facing Table Mountain which had zero sound proofing so we could hear music, people etc in the night. The walls and doors on this floor were chipped in places - could do with an uplift. The shower was tiny and leaked. The next day we were moved to a bigger room on the same floor with the town view which was much more comfortable so we enjoyed the rest of our stay.

Breakfast was good with the view of Table Mountain while having your breakfast. The rooms were clean. Whilst not on the waterfront it was still within walking distance so ok. The shower was hot.

Amazing place, right at the center of the city so access to many places. Our room had a spectacular view of the table mountain and the lion’s head. Staff were super friendly. They made my son’s birthday a memorable one even tho I gave them a late notice. I am grateful to them and will surely stay again when I return, in room 106😊

Great location, fairly modern and overall provides pleasant stay. I stayed for one night and it was fine, but for more nights it is quite small rooms and a bit inconvenient at times especially as a girl as there is not enough space in bathroom for things. The only downside was that the hairdryer provided had European plug, which didnt fit to any sockets in the room, luckily I had my own adapter. I raised it with management at checkout and they promised to fix it. Breakfast was included and good, but the pool area was under maintenance so was not able to use it.

Although informed previously, but they don't provide baby crib and they charge for extra bed. Parking is also not included (R140 per night)

Our rooms was below the pool deck/restaurant and one could hear the chairs/tables moving and people waking on the deck.

The staff were friendly. The rooms are lovely and spacious.

Everything!! The rooms were fantastic, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious, and the service was brilliant. Views from the rooms were out of this world, and the street life was great.
