Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. I think the need to look at cutting off the tree near the entrance, because the gate was not working and I had to use the gate near this Tree
I like the Hotel where it's situated closer to shops

The programmes offered for the TV were very limited and I was not able to get on to the programmes I wanted. Getting in to the shower was very awqward as the opening was restricted due to the toilet being so close and the step into the shower was high. The dispenser for the shower was very restricted so I had to push a lot of times before getting enough shower gel to wash myself. I had a light meal in the evening , it was not good. I think the menu needs to be revisted
The room was acceptable though a little small. Everywhere was nice and clean and everthing I needed was available. The staff were excellent and tried to always meet my request

The room and bathroom was very basic, I had a hurt leg so in and out of the shower was abit challenging however, clean towels and linen and housekeeping did a good job making sure my room was clean.You need a pool and a spa 😊! A shuttle to the airport would be a great touch!
I did not have the breakfast because I thought it was expensive. I enjoyed the chicken wings. Stella the Manager, Thato and Nhlakanipho were exceptional as well as housekeeping, Mantshebo. I want to commend these employees for their kindness and respect, I am a local and needed a home away from home and I appreciate how they treated me with respect.

The air conditioner in the room is very old and was leaking into the carpet. I reported this and I’m sure they will fix it.
The hotel is conveniently situated and clean. The rooms are small but this was all I needed. The bed was comfortable and lovely clean linen and towels. I didn’t eat at the property so can’t review the food.

The cot which ,we requested was not in the room, we had to remind the staff of the cot and when it finally did come, it was not dusted ,a blanket was place without a mattress expecting the baby to sleep on the blanket..finally and old cot mattress was brought ...the very same night baby was bitten by a spider 🕷 which, is an inconvenience on our side, our rooms where scattered not close until I've asked the receptionist did they not read our emails......
Breakfast was fair, the service at the breakfast counter should be monitored, if you don't have something that the guest request, teach them to offer guest and alternative.....not we don't have and then when the customer says we paying for our meals than they staff remember oh ,no we have it at the back will bring some ...staff must learn how to interact professionally with guest, cause breakfast is very important...Just a little teaching or training. But either than that everything else was good .

window in room 226 - seems someone threw up on it - was not cleaned ...also checkin tie was 14:00 i was there at 14:30 room was not ready due to linen shortage , checked in at 16:00

The opening and closing of the main gate was noisy especially that my room was on the ground floor opposite the gate. Maybe needs lubrication.

The first night I was in a room where the toilet flushing system was not working properly but was moved to another room the next day.
Everything went well, the place is clean safe and staff very friendly. Wonderful breakfast.

There wasn't water the night when I got back from my function, but I understand it is the situation with Randwater and in my bathroom there wasn't any soap, but I asked the front desk to put some soap in my bathroom and they gladly assist and the service was excellent.

Extremely small room, especially given the price. As a rather big guy, I struggled using the bathroom facilities but nothing major.
The room was clean and so were the facilities. Rather quiet environment which was great. Enjoyed the heater to keep warm while chilling.

i thought it was standard to have bottled water in the rooms not with mercure that is shocking to say the least and your housekeepng staff yoooh you pass through no greetings at all so so moody i have been to hotels and i never give a negative review but this needs to be corrected and maybe if you also add variety to you TV CHANNELS
The location was good its next to a shopping mall so that made my shopping easier ,there is a lady to works in their kitchen forgeting her name but she was so so friendly ,you have wonderful people working at the reception.

You need to replace the air conditioners. House keeping staff sometimes are moody when we ask for coffee, sugar, even the iron. They brought us an iron that had burnt some stuff. I asked them why cant they clean it with steel wool but they ignored me. Also there was water cut. I had to go to church on the 29 June without a bath. On arrival here in Botswana i miss my cellphone. Its a Samsung A model. I called the Hotel but they say they did not find anything. My wife also miss a black trouser but we dont know where we lost them...Otherwise i like my stay with Mercure

There was no drinking water in the room. We felt something like that should be standard.
The location was perfect, close to where we needed to be, and on the doorstep of a mall. Staff was very fiendly. The food was great, although a tad bit expensive. The airport shuttle service was superb, and Brandon was very professional. We will definitely make use of the facilities again when in the area.
