We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Saudi ArabiaWink Apartment in Cape Town was off to a rocky start But Sibongile quickly corrected our experience and made our stay a pleasant one. It may need a few upgrades and some fixer ups. But the staff are pleasant and ever ready to help. Their breakfast is small but delightful and again it may need an upgrade but the staff I. The Cafe are awesome and cater to your religious or dietary requirements.

Great location, close to public transport, waterfront, food markets. Good security to enter the property and security personnel walking about the streets nearby. No street traffic or noise during the night. Very helpful and friendly staff.

United KingdomOne window can’t be adjusted (sign does say dint’t open) but was partially open and you will hear most of the noise from the street.
Good sized room with bed, desk, kitchenette had a hot plate, microwave and toaster and crockery and utensils. Bathroom very open within the room -partially covered glass screens to shower and toilet. Shower gel and soap provided. Staff extremely friendly and helpful- thank you.
