United Kingdom8 Reviews“Lovely resort, great for families”I dont recommend the airport pick-up transfers, as they group passengers, and immigration is so slow that it could be a long wait for everyone. Driver was pretty mean and intimidating when I asked to get a taxi instead to avoid the long wait for other passengers (family was tired from a long journey).
Stunning scenery, amazing view from bar and restaurant. Lovely and attentive staff. Very quiet and peaceful. Decor is dated but clean and absolutely fine.

As vegans, we always worry if there will be food for us. The executive chef offered to prepare a meal for us every time we ate at the restaurant and it was all prepared with care and it was delicious. The staff was extremely friendly and kind. The view is exceptional.

Smiles from the staff, always. Nothing was too much trouble. A comfortable bed, lots of hot water for a decent shower and a huge choice of hot options, pastries etc. for breakfast. The grounds are beautiful and we could see the spray from the Falls from our room but were not bothered by the noise of the many helicopters closer to the Falls. Shuttles into "town" on the hour with lovely aircon as it was hot and humid. Lots of options for outings in the area - the day trip to Chobe is a must.

The outlook over the falls is beautiful as are the surrounding grounds which were immaculate. The pool area is a bit out dated but still comfortable with ample loungers and shade. Our room was also outdated but very clean and comfortable. The bar area is very nice with a great outlook when sitting by the windows. The restaurant, including breakfast area, is lovely and airy. Food was great and staff were friendly and professional.

This hotel decorates African traditionally nice. It sections into different wings of buildings, which may perplex people if firstly arrived. But the room for each is neat. Picturesque exterior views.
