The staffs were very polite. We had interacted with Veena, Lalitha, Aishwarya, Pandi etc. and they were very welcoming and helped us throughout our stay. The restaurant also had food for our 1 year old and they take special instructions from the guests. Overall it was a very lovely experience.

Excellent stay and property. It has everything you can think of from cycling to swimming pool to kids play area. It beautifully spans across a few acres and has excellent views. The staff was friendly and the food at cage Ambrosia was excellent, much better than restaurants outside. Overall a beautiful property.

Location was very close to the railway station and many tourist attractions. The check-in process was quick and seamless. We arrived couple of hours early but were happily accomodated. The Guest Service was impeccable. They were available for any help almost instantaneously. The rooms were cozy and clean. The balconys can be better kept but given the weather, we hardly used the balcony so it wasn't a concern for us. It's a sustainable hotel which is the best part of the place. No single use plastics whatsoever and the rooms had Glass water bottles. . Bathroom / toilet was neat and clean with ample supply of soaps & shampoos (in dispensers). We declined all other toiletries. The TV channels were a pleasant surprise - a lot of channels to pass time if you need it. The breakfast spread was quite elaborate for vegetarians and the items were delicious as well. They have a great picks of local delicacies & wide choices of beverages. They have a fully electric auto-rickshaw to take you around if needed. Very nominal.

I had the pleasure of staying 2 nights at the parklane and had receptive welcome by staff, very accommodating to my needs. Location very central although mysore is really big and taxi or auto ride is better. Room is comfortable andspacious, with good ac, hot shower, a fridge. The beer garden is nice for relaxing over a cold beer. Staff was generous to give late check out at nominal fee, as I had a night train to catch. The only downside is nonexistent wifi in room, hence I spent a lot of time at the beer garden. Still it's an excellent value while in mysore.
