Quick check-in process and staff was friendly and helpful. The room felt bigger than average hotel room in Singapore though, this is not your average hotel. It is a 5-star hotel. The breakfast was probably the best and we were spoilt by the varieties. The concierge team deserves a 5-star rating! They were helping us with warm smiles. Overall, we had a great stay!

    Fantastic family holiday destination.

    Fantastic family holiday destination. Love the activities and diversity of Singapore. We covered off our top activities over 8 days but there were many more we didn't get a chance to get to. There was something for everyone and lots of food options. Day one we did the double decker city tour - this was ideal to get a good overview and grounding so we could plan what we were doing next. Small wait times at locations due to efficiencies and lots of staff employed for a smooth experience. Easy online ticket purchase options. Well signposted and instructions, great transport and easy to get around on the MRT train network. Overall very polite and helpful people. Clean, safe and easy.

    Singapore is a vibrant city known for its beautiful landscapes, exceptional cleanliness, and world-class infrastructure. The public transport system is highly efficient, well-connected, and affordable, making it easy to get around. One of the things I appreciate most is the absence of traffic jams — a rare quality in a modern city.

    Fabulously clean and welcoming city.

    Fabulously clean and welcoming city. We felt safe walking around but did get quite confused trying to find our way back to Jen hotel. More directionals on the street would be good. Also couldnt see how to leave a written comment on the reviewing page. The hot n cold markers on the swimming pool shower rods were difficult to find and my sower was way too hot so cldnt have one. The lighting in the changing rooms is too low. The metro was awesome to figure out, very efficient transport system,well lit and clearly sign posted. Loved our stay!

    Singapore was much better than expected.

    Singapore was much better than expected. It was a 3 day stopover and we feel we saw everything we wanted to see. Marina Bay and Gardens by the Bay particularly recommended. Very friendly and helpful people. MRT clean efficient and cheap way to get around. Chinatown good place to eat. Overall very enjoyable. Probably more to see and experience in Kuala Lumpur or Bangkok.

Spend a good few days in Sentosa (take a beach resort) Must see attractions include the Zoo, Icecream Museum and MBS Garden Don't miss Universal Studio and the Waterpark Nice nights strolls long the Quays Shopping malls all around to cater for all the needs

    An excellent hotel in a great location! Many attractions are within walking distance, making it perfect for exploring the city. The room was well-equipped and offered a stunning view of both the city skyline and lush greenery, creating a jungle-like atmosphere. The gym and swimming pools with city views were outstanding, and the unique walking path around the hotel added to the experience. In my opinion, this is one of the best hotels in Singapore—highly recommended!
