Our stay at Wadi Rum Star Wars Camp overwhelmingly exceeded our expectations. Every single staff member was incredibly friendly and hospitable, the food was amazing and our room was spacious. The jeep safari, camel ride and stargazing that they offer were so nice. They made sure to make us feel at home, and we truly regret not having stayed longer than 2 nights.

I would recommend relying on asking the camp staff questions...
I would recommend relying on asking the camp staff questions about what to do, or information about history, culture, food and geography in Wadi Rum. They know best about everything and are really trustworthy people. Be friendly with the other campers, it is amazing to see who all visits Wadi Rum. I would say to trust the locals there, and you will have an amazing time. Definitely take your time looking at the stars.

Hiking and taking a Jeep Tour around Wadi Rum are amazing...
Hiking and taking a Jeep Tour around Wadi Rum are amazing experiences. My favorite part is the different colors of the sand and the bridge. However, as there's no fixed trail for the jeep, the sands are full of wheel marks, which kind of ruin the whole view of the desert. Overall, it is so beautiful; it feels like being on another planet.

For those who like silence, privacy and are happy to let go off their screentime this place is just right. If you decide to take your car, an SUV would be ideal on the sandy/rocky surface. There are some do-able hikes even with kids. The place looks like a totally different planet with unique rock formations and red sand till as far as you can see. Star gazing is magical as there isnt much light around.....!

Everyone tries to get out a hell of a business of the guided tours, the kids and youngsters treat animals (especially dogs) very bad, it gave an impression, that you need to know yourself how long you can make the best out of it.
Mohammed and his brother Salah were incredible hosts! they were extremely helpful and generous. they made us feel at home and the camp feels very cozy and inviting. It’s the perfect location to feel in the dessert whilst being close enough to the nearby town. there are some insane views for sunset and stargazing is phenomenal. the jeep tour with Mahmoud was another highlight, he took us to all the main sights around wadi rum and we even got to hike. this was such a memorable stay and would definitely recommend. the food was also amazing!
Awesome experience surely one of the best I had in Jordan. The host was so wellcomming and also the beduins were very kind. The food was very tasty and with a lot of choises for lunch in the desert and dinner and breakfast in the camp. I took a jeep tour and the desert was amazing! At the end of the day we waited for the amazing sunset sipping a really tasty Bedouin tea.
After dinner I also recommend an exceptional walk in the desert lit by the moon
I really recommend this camp in Wadi Rum desert!
Thanks Raja and your Team!
Hussein was a wonderful host and Jihad a wonderful guide. Upon arrival Hussein asked what we wanted to do while we were there and made sure we could do everything. Stargazing, a sunrise camel tour, a Jeep tour through Wadi Rum and wonderful Bedouin lunches, dinners and coffee-making by the camp fire. The desert in Wadi Rum is something different altogether. We felt so peaceful there, all stress just dissapears. It's a very different (and more magical) experience than the desert of Wadi Musa in my opinion.
Staying at Stardust camp was the highlight of my trip to Jordan. Majed (owner) and his brother were extremely friendly and provided us with a very wholesome, authentic experience in Wadi Rum. From a tasty local Jordinian dinner, to a 4x4 tour in the desert, star gazing, to playing games at night drinking tea, you will never run out of activities. Extremely peaceful place that will clear your mind - plus a cozy tent with beautiful fabric and very very clean bathroom.
10/10 would recommend :)
This was our best experience in Jordan. The hosts are absolute legends who will let you experience parts of the Bedouin lifestyle. Probably the best part of your stay here is sitting around the campfire after sundown. The hosts provide food and shisha, tell stories and jokes, peform traditional music and will point out stars and constellations you've never seen before. Don't miss the jeep tour which lets you see a good chunk of the Wadi Rum desert.
The facilities at the camp are clean.
I recently had the opportunity to visit the Jordan Desert Camp and it was an experience I will never forget. The tour through the desert with a jeep was incredible, our guide was excellent and gave us an in-depth understanding of the area. The host was very welcoming and made sure our stay was enjoyable. The food was also fantastic and it was a great way to sample the local cuisine. I highly recommend this camp to anyone looking for a unique and authentic experience in Jordan.
The stay at Wadi Rum Dream Camp was probably the highlight of our Jordan trip! We were really well looked after and were also delighted to have a room upgrade to one with a private bathroom as well as an amazing desert view! (Would really recommend everyone to book a "tent" with a view) !!!
Watching camels walk outside your window is a pretty cool sight! :).
The food was nice, our jeep tours very very good as well as the 1 hour camel ride. (Will never forget).

Salameh's Camp Is a cozy and perfectly equipped Camp in the very hearth of Wadi Rum. We had a full day jeep tour which included also a tasty beduin lunch prepared by our guide in a very suggestive shadowed spot.
The dinner cooked at bedouin style was Simply perfect.
Salameh Is a very funny and good man that makes You feel home even in the middle of the desert.
Go to Salameh's if You want a genuine taste of Jordanian people.
the bubble tent was nice, clean with a Mountain View. there is a restaurant and fire place for tea after dinner which will make you experience authentic Jordanian culture.
the host Mohamed is super nice, we booked our stay last minute but he reached us out and was able to arrange all activities right away. he also helped us getting a taxi to Amman.
I really recommend this camp to have a full experience in Wadi Rum!!
Location and endowment of the camp, the beauty of the Wadi and the charm of people, the way of cooking and the excellence of the food (in the desert!) - and in particular: Khaled himself ! He is an outstanding host, friendly, helping, always finding a solution and above all always funny and joking, with a smile in his face. Thanks to him and his crew we will never forget our stay in Wadi Rum and in Jordan.
Wow, it was incredible sleeping and waking up with the amazing view to the Wadi Rum desert that Maria Luxury camp offer us, the dinner food is amazing! Everything was fine, everyone in the hotel is so nice especially Mohammad, we did both tours with him and he’s so funny, respectful and shared with us a lot of things, we learned a lot. If I come back to Jordan for sure I will stay again with them.
We had one of the best times in Jordan and Wadi Rum. The staff was great Muhammed and Svenja were very helpful in anything we needed. We took an 8 hour tour for Wadi Rum. The tent was spacious and very nice for a desert tent. The food was very tasty; on 1st night we had Zarb (which is cooked in an underground oven) and on 2nd night we had Makluba. I would definitely recommend you to try the food.
Perfect blend of traditional Bedouin charm and luxury in the desert. The staff's hospitality is exceptional, and the well-appointed tents provide a comfortable retreat. Activities like jeep safaris and camel rides enhance the desert experience, while the delicious Jordanian cuisine and evening entertainment add to the camp's appeal. Highly recommended for an unforgettable desert adventure.
Our stay at this camp was a highlight of our trip to Jordan!! We loved: beautiful location, friendly and helpful hosts, great tours (we enjoyed and recommend 4h jeep tour and 1h camel ride), delicious local foods, nightly campfires in cave, comfortable accommodation including tents, hot showers and spacious common tent to relax in! We felt very safe and happy throughout the stay.
We loved everything about our stay with Raed in Wadi Rum Bedouin camp. Wadi Rum is so spectacular and we had an amazing jeep tour and sunset. Raed and the other staff were incredibly nice and hospitable. the food was plentiful, but not haut Cuisine but exactly as we expected. Hot showers and good bathroom facility. For sure our most spectacular spot in Jordan.
Wadi Rum is a must-visit location for any traveler in Jordan. An exceptionally gracious and hospital band of brothers run this remote desert outpost. Sand and Stone is as close to an authentic Bedouin camping experience as one can get, an antidote to the more consumerist lux-bubble glamping.
Amazing place to stay when travelling trough Jordan! Atmosphere, location and hospitality are great 😊 The camp is the furthest in the desert, which is awesome. Would definitely recommend! Also, the whole day jeep tour was the best way to discover Wadi Rum.
The best adventure in Jordan. We spend 1 days on the Wadi Rum desert. It was great trip. Fantastic guide. Beautiful views. Excellent places on the desert. Delicious food. Amazing campsite. Highly recommended
Our stay in Wadi Rum was fantastic experience. The bubble tent was great, the people were very kind and hospitable at
its best. The view in the camp was amazingly beautiful.
