One end was tired looking and had a lot of beggars and rough sleepers, the other end was full of high end shops and restaurants (like most large towns). Lots of places to shop and eat. We had a delicious meal in Cote. There are lots of unique individual shops as well as the usual retail, high street shops. It's easy to walk around and see all there is to see.

Cheltenham is a lovely Regency town with so much charm. We dined well and went to the Wilson Art Gallery and Museum and I would highly recommend that. The bookstore on the Prom, Waterstones, was three floors and amazing. Wonderful to walk around and soak up the beauty of this Regency town.

Cheltenham is in a beautiful part of the country, so in fairness we spent little time in the town, however there were plenty of restrants, coffee bars and individual shops, we were very fortunate with the weather and spent a lovely afternoon in the central park which had plenty of facilities for all ages.

Cheltenham is a lovley town. I am bias as I grew up here. Of course I did not appreciated it as a child but going back is always a pleasure. The prom, Montpelier, Pitville park to stroll and feed the ducks (also an amazing playground for children now) Great shops, restaurants and ambiance. Alway check out what’s in at the Everyman theatre & or Town hall.

Hotel is beautiful and is located just a 10 minute walk from Cheltenham town centre. We arrived early and the lady agreed to store our bags for us which was a big help while we strolled around the town. Breakfast was all freshly cooked and was really lovely. Bedroom was very comfortable and stylish and had everything you needed. Also exceptionally clean. We loved this place and would definitely return.

The hotel is right in the town centre and was clean with helpful and friendly staff. The breakfast was good with staff available to refill as necessary. This hotel was much cheaper than any of the others in Cheltenham although the rooms were probably much the same as you would get in any hotel, so value for money is the big plus for this hotel.

This was unexpectedly a full apartment with a living area and proper kitchen as well as a bedroom and bathroom. We were amazed at how well-supplied it was - even a washing machine, DVD player and iron - when I'm used to "apartments" which are basically one room. Location is next to a busy road but only a few minutes walk from Cheltenham centre.

Especially pleased to find good selection of fruit, cereals, coffee pods etc including croissants, milk and orange on our arrival. This was one of the best nights stays we have had, a group of 4 businessmen working in Cheltenham. Could not book 4 hotel rooms in the same hotel due to Races. After this stay we would book again without hesitation. Perfect location in the city centre. Sharing a house was much more relaxing than hotel cars and restaurants.

We loved this hotel. So clean, warm, spacious, great customer service on check in. So comfy. Dog friendly (extra £15). Not far from Cheltenham town centre. I wanted to stay another night. Plenty car parking spaces. Room service available but we ate evening meal and breakfast in the bar with the dog. Great food.
