We enjoyed our stay very much so. There is nothing to fault with this hotel. The staff, the room. food. where the hotel is right in the middle of everything, near the shops, buses, trains etc. This is our 3rd stay at this lovel hotel and we shall be back very soon. Everyone at the hotel cannot do enough for you. One of the best hotels we have stayed at.
In the historic city of Dunfermline, with great access by road to Edinburgh and Edinburgh Airport, this modern hotel offers free WiFi internet access and great-value rooms with satellite TV.

Not a big city , nice places to eat, fantastic big country park , near to city centre, absolutely wonderful, donated by Andrew Carnegie. Easy rail or bus travel to major cities, fairly reasonable prices, but don’t use ScotRail app, get paper tickets.you can travel on the buses all day for £ 11.50 pp. by purchasing a east of Scotland day rider ticket, good value. Plenty of decent shops and supermarkets close to hotel, lovely big church and abbey ruins close by.

A gem of a city, and a secret that now the people of Edinburgh are cottoning onto. It's got a beautiful Heritage Quarter with loads of trendy bars, cafes and restaurants. Fantastic old buildings, a huge amount of history and one of the most beautiful parks in the world - Pittencrieff Park - is glorious. It really is like a mini-Edinburgh without the fuss and crowds, and such a lovely place to hang out.

We travelled to visit Knockhill Racing Circuit for a booked experience day.
Arrived on a lovely sunny day so decided to visit Pittencrief park on our way to the hotel (Adamson Hotel in crossford) where we had a great walk around the park and encountered many of the beautiful sights including the squirrels.
All in all a wonderful visit and we will definitely be back at some point in the (hopefully not too distant) future
We had the best week's holiday in this wonderful little hotel. Yasmin and her staff could not have been more helpful.or welcoming. The room was large and airy with a very large and comfortable bed. The shower was good with strong water pressure and plentiful hot water. Limekilns is a great place from which to explore Edinburgh, Glasgow and St Andrew's. We had some very good evening meals in Dunfermline when the cafe at Coorie was shut. The breakfasts at Coorie were just brilliant. Can't recommend this lovely hotel highly enough
Room was very clean and comfortable, nice selection of tea, coffee and biscuits in the room, it was a quick easy arrival at the reception and situated in great area with lots of food establishments and cinema all a short walk from hotel. The hotel is also well situated for easy access to city centre and to main roads to Edinburgh and other areas, would definitely recommend for a quick stopover or as a base for exploring around the area
This is a functional and clean hotel in Dunfermline. It’s pretty basic but just fine for a working stay. I needed to have my dog with me and the hotel was happy to have her. Breakfast is self service and you can take it away. That was so helpful. The room and bathroom were very clean. There’s lots of parking and it’s lovely that both breakfast and parking were free. So no extras . I appreciated that.
Decent enough value.
Warm, comfortable and clean.
Handy hotel bar and restaurant, also a shop and chippy nearby.
Convenient location for my purposes (Dunfermline /Edinburgh/motorway links... although you need a car.)
Friendly, efficient staff.... mostly.
Plenty of hot water.
Large free car park.
Nice outside space... obviously weather dependant.
The staff was very helpful as Booking.com had incorrectly booked our stay as informed by the hotel. I had booked for 2 Family Rooms accommodating 8, however Booking.com had relayed a Family Room and a Double Room to the hotel. However, the staff took care of us by arranging for extra bedding to fulfill our requirements despite them not being at fault.
Loved the Hotel and restaurant. Spacious room and for £20 more with Hotel booking got big breakfast. Dinner was great here too. Super friendly staff. Would deffinatly stay there again if we ever go back to Dunfermline. Close enough location to the Abby where my 21x 22x and 24x ggf King Robert the Bruce is buried. Great little town to visit for sure.
The location was perfect, close to both the Town centre and my in-laws house in nearby Halbeath. Very central for all amenities but the Hotel itself was nice and quiet, set in spacious grounds, with ample parking to the front and rear. The restaurant served good meals, and with two bars running concurrently there was no problems getting a drink!
Nice Hotel ( 2nd Stay here ) Excellent Restaurant that does 'Steak on a Stone' & very acceptable bedroom space, very central location for Dunfermline attractions & plentiful bars.
Bar area at 1703 is quite a Romantic setting with good bar staff,Dining Area in main Restaurant at 1703 is quite a Romantic setting with good Restaurant staff.
This beautiful old hotel has recently been remodeled and is in perfect shape. This is a peaceful area full of history and culture. This hotel has quiet and clean rooms at a very good price. The food was delicious and we loved the hotel restaurant. All of the staff were happy and helpful. We will stay here again for sure!
Absolute fantastic wee hotel. Brent the owner went above and beyond for us. Rooms were spotless. Best hotel bed I have slept in, in a while! Bathroom modern. The hotel has a lovely warm charm to it. And it's quiet!!! All on ground floor so will come back with my elderly grandparents at some point.
Great location for access to Dunfermline City Centre or the Motorway links to Perth or Edinburgh. Hidden away and very secluded, the owner, Brent, is very welcoming and can impart a wealth of local knowledge. Great home cooked breakfast and very comfortable rooms.
Staff were always pleasant, dinner was good and breakfast was great, price good. Location good although not easy to find - my stat nav placed me on the opposite side of the street, hotel is accessed down a dead end road.
This is a place you can relax for work .swim sauna every night been great .. All staff at reception really welcoming .in hotel and leisure .cleaners where great and like to thank then for making my room everyday
good central hotel with lovely big room. Very comfortable bed. Tea and coffee in room. Nice quiet location handy for most things in Dunfermline. lovely breakfast.
