Staff were friendly and apologized for no pool no breakfast and no restaurant, which were all the reasons for picking this place. Otherwise this place doesn't deserve 1 star. My purpose to stay here was a night away from home. Wish I never picked here.

    Beautiful location near the water.

Beautiful location near the water. Downtown Mystic is quaint and charming. Don’t miss the Mystic Seaport Museum and aquarium. The sea chanty sings in January and June are so authentic and fun. It’s a great time. Stop at Daniel Packer Restaurant and Inne. It’s got a great view of the water and 250 years of charm.

Mystic is a great getaway town.

Mystic is a great getaway town. The attractions were excellent. We could easily have spent more time in each of them. Seaport Museum was amazing. The Aquarium was one of the best we've been to. Submarine museum in Groton was well worth visiting. Downtown restaurants were great. Olde Mystik Village was a shoppers paradise. Great place for early autumn long weekend. We enjoyed our meals at the Mystic Diner excellent food huge portions, Red 36 at the Seaport, Jealous Monk in Olde Mystic Village. Every person we encountered was as pleasant and personable as could be. Food was great. Just a really comfortable interesting happy feeling place.

Mystic is full of quaint historical attractions on a pretty coastline. Downtown is full of fun shops and restaurants. The aquarium is very popular as is the Old Mistick Village. The Mystic Seaport is a wonderful reenactment of an 18 century port town and shipyard.

Mystic was a great getaway spot.

Mystic was a great getaway spot. Everything was very easy to walk to. We rarely even had to start our car during the trip. There were an incredible number of dining options. The views of the harbors were spectacular and easily accessible. We stopped at the Aquarium on the way out of town and that was a fantastic last-minute decision, and well worth the price of admission, if even just for the Beluga whales.

The pool was great and we loved the location. It was within walking distance to many locations. We stayed last year and honestly, it seemed to have changed. Last year, there were different people that were affiliated with the hotel. They swam with us and even kept the pool open after hours. It was so nice. The room was much cleaner last year as well. The staff was very nice and accommodating both years. We had a dog and they were great with the accommodations.

when you first pull into the parking lot, you cant help but look at all beautiful landscaping that surrounds the property. The owner who I met at check-in was super friendly and very helpful with local knowledge of attractions, food, etc. The room was large and very accommodating, the jetted tub was perfect and the pool was a nice and re-freshing way to end an evening, This is a place we would 100% without hesitation come back to and enjoy again.

Very happy with this hotel! I was skeptical after reading mixed reviews however we needed a two bedroom suite with a kitchen and this definitely delivered! The room needed a bit of updating but it was clean, bed was cozy, and all of the kitchen appliances worked! The staff was honestly SO NICE AND HELPFUL THE ENTIRE VISIT! Also, The breakfast was great, lots of options! I have high standards and this met them, especially for the price!

Faucet moved, water took forever to go down sink& tub, phone had no cord, not plugged in, old furniture, wobbles and chucks of wood missing, lobby smells, not even a sidewalk appeal, no flowers, etc, no microwave in your room. Floor feels damp & wet all the time. No second lock on door. Side doors left unlock. Cells don’t work. How can you call 911? Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Staff was very nice.

I made a reservation two months before, and needed to change the date, after multiple times trying to get in contact with the hotel, they told me there is nothing they can do- knowing I could not make that date, the hotel room went to WASTE, and their customer service is atrocious.

Hotel was exceptionally clean. Breakfast bar was decent. Either everyone was super quiet or it felt it was a quite, well insulated room. We did not hear any noise. They have coffee/tea bar well stocked at all times. Staff was helpful.
