Jeanette and Paul are two wonderful people who will make you feel right at home. The room feels very private, it has an attached space with lounge chairs and a fridge with complimentary drinks and snacks, the bed is very comfortable, and everything is spotlessly clean. The breakfast with fresh fruits, yoghurt, and bread is the cherry on top. I would absolutely recommend staying here!

Good value for money.
However there was no Soap and we had to use the dish washing detergent to wash hands.

A beautiful place to stay at the beginning of Spring.
A beautiful place to stay at the beginning of Spring. Lots of historical buildings to see, lovely gardens and the river is flowing well. The York museum is well worth a visit. The Salvos have a great jumble sale, items are very cheap and good quality - worth the visit just for this! And you get free entertainment at the same time!

There are little shops and interesting places to visit in the town centre and its surrounds. I enjoyed my 2 days there. That was enough time for me. I suggest planning your day and looking at the opening hours of the places you want to visit as almost everything closes by 5pm. I suggest visiting the Old Flour Mill which has a cafe and an interesting collection of art and vintage items for sale. The old gaol is also worth a visit.

The town people were very friendly and helpful, this is a good location to allow you to easily visit the other small towns close by. A lot of old buildings and things to see. any car enthusiasts will enjoy the Motor Museum best display of all brands of vehicles.
Beautifully decorated apartment situated in the heart of York. Perfect spot to stay when exploring the area and in the market for good food with cafes, pubs, and restaurants on the doorstep. The ambiance is old-worldly and if you need a bit of time away from the rat race and technological overload this is the perfect destination. Clean and comfortable, sit down with a cuppa or glass of wine to read in the living room or on the verandah. Long walks taking in the architecture around town. Loved it!
Beautiful cottage with friendly hosts and mostly everything you need for a peaceful stay in beautiful York. Spacious and well-furnished and centrally located to all of York's points of interest. Watching the stars at night around the fire pit was just magical and so good to have so many things for the kids to do - the animals were great and kept the kids interested! Tennis court was lots of fun and watching Katie, the Kangaroo made it a very special stay for our boys.
The accommodation had good space both within the unit and outside where Jeanette and Paul had provided seating and table tennis under cover and protected by fly screens. Our hosts were overwhelmingly generous with food, toiletries and snacks. The bed was comfortable and there was good WiFi. We felt happy to come and go as we pleased.
The B&B is located on the edge of York so it is peaceful but quite a distance to walk into town and to restaurants.
Absolutely fabulous. The hosts were lovely people and made us feel welcome. The property was spotless with everything you could possibly want. Room beautiful and very comfortable. The property was easy to find with easy parking. Beautifully presented continental breakfast with the option of poached eggs if wanted. Excellent WiFi, very fast connection.
York is a lovely historic town and has plenty of good dining options in the centre.

York is an interesting and beautiful town surrounded by yellow canola fields. Ron was a wonderful host and very welcoming and informative. Generous breakfast delivered to our room. Lovely gardens and decor.
Excellent location, near enough to York but feels as if you are in the country, very relaxing, breakfast was more than I expected, delicious and great care taken to accommodate us. Beautiful natural gardens surrounding the estate. Nice private courtyard to relax and enjoy the bird songs in. Michael very helpful whenever needed.
A very friendly place to stay. Stacy was very helpful and stayed around to accommodate my later-than-expected arrival time.
The room was very clean, warm and inviting on a cold winter's night. Loved the bathroom too.
All up a great boutique accommodation option right in York. Highly recommend.
We wanted to visit the town of York WA and so this stay was perfect for a weekend. Centrally located it was ideal. It was a cosy cottage style room with private entrance, en suite and limited cooking facilities (microwave, toaster and kettle). Cheryl and Murray were very friendly hosts.
extremely good value for the money we paid, very comfortable beds, nice shower, well equipped kitchen, undercover outdoor seating area, tennis courts, very welcoming hosts, great location just 10 minutes walk to the main street of York
Food from the local shop was excellent, motor museum across the road was fabulous!! 4 out of 5 staff members were lovely. Lots of things to see and do in the York.
