The location is a gem. It is located right across the street from the beach ball statue parking lot - super convenient! All interactions with the front desk and staff were friendly and prompt. The woman who runs the breakfast station is off the charts with top notch hospitality and service! The opportunity to rent kayaks and bikes for free is a great amenity. If we were staying longer I am sure we would have indulged. The sunset can be perfectly watched and enjoyed in the pool / private beach area. We saw dolphins every evening! The fire pit by the pool is a vibe. Air conditioner was powerful and effective. The black out blinds were exceptional. The breakfast was basic but still had a good variety - the waffle machine is the best part tbh.

I think the only thing that would have made it better would...
I think the only thing that would have made it better would be if they had all of the outside activities setup but it also happened to be the same weekend that there was a Beer Festival? We are from New Orleans so we were expecting something similar and much bigger. There was about 6 tents set up with a live band and the really neat thing was the Bagpipe players! It was a beautiful place to relax on the beach or by the pool. We rented a golf cart to go in town to shop and have lunch, which was fun. The restaurants at the resort were pretty good, but there was a limited menu. We stayed here in 2020 when it was the Margaritaville Hotel. It was just as good if not better this time around. The restaurant was convenient and delicious. The hotel staff was helpful. Everything was very clean and tidy. Very excellent vacation spot.

It has a private beach with free kayaks & paddle boards, where the sunsets are amazing. Breakfast is very complete. It also has a barbecue are on the back, in the private beach. The hotel employees people were very kind and helpful. The best part is that is also pet friendly, and I think it was the only hotel in the island, so I highly recommend it. We actually stayed for a week and decided to stay an extra day.
