I was greeted so kindly and my needs were catered for beyond my expectations. I received a room upgrade which I was so grateful for. The internet ran smoothly for my conference and I especially loved the spa.
Thank you so much I will be back!

Torquay is a delightful holiday destination with a great surfing beach, vibrant shopping centre with shops, cafes and restaurants. We found the Torquay Hotel a particularly nice venue to eat as a family.

I love the sea and find the ocean re-invigorating.
I love the sea and find the ocean re-invigorating. The people are friendly and there some great places to run along the coastline as well as restaurants to dine out at. I shopped for local products which I enjoyed and picked up some nice little gifts. The holiday enabled my two dogs to travel with me and my friend so that our family had a nice break. It made my winter seem a little more cheerful as I don't enjoy the cold but managed to paddle in the ocean with Peppy and Tom. Thank you for the opportunity to get away.

Squires Loft is a great restaurant especially if you like steak.
Point Impossible is the most beautiful beach in Torquay. It is clothing optional so there are not a lot of kids and the beach is pretty quiet although there are a few male perverts that are creepy.
We went to 2 coffee shops that weren't great. I will take my own coffee machine next time.
One of the fish & chip shops near woolies was closed on Wednesday night which I found strange. Another one in Bell St was open but the chips weren't good. It is a guessing game to figure out which take away shops are open, their website will say the shop is open when it isn't.
The bars close early and you will struggle to find an open bar after 9.30pm.
It can be hard to find parking at peak times.

Torquay is a great destination and in my opinion one of the nicest towns along the surf coast. The town centre is pleasant to walk around, and the vibe is great - plenty of choice for foodies with a plethora of fantastic restaurants.
I was here for 3 days on business but made sure I fitted in some leisure time and can't wait to return.
Not a hotel/motel, but a lovely homestay. Communication and instructions were great. Very clean and comfortable room with really useful and thoughtful touches, and shared access to a well equipped kitchen, comfy lounge room and spotless bathroom. Stuart is a very easy going, respectful and helpful host ... thank you! Look forward to visiting again and enjoying brekky properly :o)
A shout out to Tracey who went out of her way to make me feel welcomed. I found Tracey to be very friendly and bubbly. Was great to chat to. And all the other staff were lovely as well including the housekeeping staff, nothing was any trouble. The hotel had a lovely swimming pool and gym and was only about a 5-10 min walk to the beach.
A newly built town house, with modern features and facilities. House was very clean with great facilities and comforts. Great location in a beautiful estate, not too far from the beach and main town centre. The hosts of this property were super professional, responsive and provided plenty of detail prior to our stay.
The staff at Wyndham Resort were very nice and helpful as was the lady whom provided our keys at Surf coast Holiday Rentals. The pool and cafe provided a nice atmosphere. The property is a little distance from eateries a long walk at best but is close enough to be a $ 12 Uber ride which we felt was pretty good.
The room size is fantastic with great space for a family of 4. The outdoor heated pool was a hit with the kids. Location to the beach as well as the town centre is also a huge positive. Generally a very comfortable hotel and room to enjoy a few days in Torquay.
Beautiful hotel, exceptionally clean and staffed by some genuinely nice people who appeared to enjoy their roles and interactions with guests. Excellent location, easy car parking and multiple options to charge electric vehicles is a big plus.
Apart from the brilliant location of the hotel ... The staff were amazing ! Friendliest front of house we have experienced in a long time . Nothing was too much trouble . Would go back on that basis alone
Very big rooms, lots of facilities in the apartment. Bonus indoor heated swimming pool. Staff were efficient and friendly and helpful. I'd recommend this resort and would come back again!
The room was clean, comfortable, well furnished and in a lovely area outside of town. The hotel overlooks fields. The room had a TV, seating, coffee table, microwave, fridge and kettle.
Great place to stay in Torquay, friendly staff, the room was spacious with high quality amenities.
We ate at the restaurant too, speedy confident service was provided with good food.
This 4 BR townhouse is remarkably spacious. It had everything you could need and lots of added touches. Short walk to town. Fabulous for a family holiday. Very friendly hosts.
The house is beautiful and clean and has everything needed for a very comfortable stay. Communication was great from start to finish. We were very happy with our stay.
