Good, basic rooms in central location in London. Not the kind of place you'd want to hang out at all day, but a good place to sleep for a decent price. Rooms were clean if basic, and better than most budget hotels. Check in was easy and location can't be beat.

The hotel is short walk from the Victoria Tube and Mainline train so perfect for Westminster and Buckingham Palace visits. The staff was friendly, polite and very helpful.
The bar and bar meals were lovely and the waitress was very helpful with my dietary requirements - freshly prepared and delicious.
Breakfast was enjoyable and again the staff was very attentive.
The facilities are clean and the room was spacious as we had a twin room with a stunning view of the City at night. I would recommend a room on the 9th floor.
Climate control and room facilities were good.
