The intentionality of the staff with personally written welcome card was a nice touch. Also, when we left they gifted us Italian pasta. Another positive was that it wasn't too loud at night in our room. We also liked the balcony.

Location was perfect. On a street with many restaurants and shops. Self service laundromat at the end of the block is the best bonus.

Hotel was very clean, modern and comfortable.

Best-known for the stunning Duomo, Florence is full of amazing buildings and its historic center. The Ponte Vecchio, a 14th-century bridge holding a multitude of shops on its edges is a stunning example and provides a truly unforgettable view.
Dig into more of the city’s historical past at the Basilica of Santa Croce, a Franciscan church full of great artwork and the burial place of Italian greats: Michelangelo and Galileo. The Uffizi Gallery is one of the world’s finest art museums and the Pitti Palace is not far behind.
For great dining, the Santa Croce district has countless options and the unique lampredotto is Florentine fast-food with a 1000-year old history. Many consider the local gelato, Italian ice-cream, to be the best in the world.

This was my third trip to Florence, following two others in 2019 and 2022. Compared to those times, the city has gotten even more crowded, touristy, and expensive. It's hard to go to any of the sites without running into people posing for their selfies and glamor shots. As much as I enjoy Florence for its history and culture, the ambiance just isn't the same, and I don't have much interest in going back again. Same with Venice!

Florence is unbeatable for those who enjoy culture, history, and good food!
Uffizi Gallery is must go if you enjoy painting - book your tickets in advance to avoid the line!
Duomo is absolutely amazing!
This time we didn't go to Academia to see Michelangelo's David (we were there before), but we crossed Ponte Vecchio and climbed up the great vista (Piazzale Michelangelo) with the bronze copy of David and fantastic views of Florence.
Our 2 best food experiences were next door to our stay in Il Barggello restaurant - great service and amazing food- and in a little authentic tavern on the way up to Piazzale Michelangelo (sorry, don't remember its name). Stake Fiorentino in the famous Sabbatini restaurant wasn't so good at first, and we had to ask for a replacement. the second time it was great! But prices are high there.
We also enjoyed street music just next to our stay on Piazza della Signoria.

Florence is beautiful with so much to do and see. There is the Duomo of course. The Academia and Uffizi museums are incredible. Highly recommend buying timed entry tickets beforehand. Earlier the better. Lots of good shops for leather and jewelry. And excellent restaurants of all price levels.

Florence is very friendly and safe.
Florence is very friendly and safe. The art is out of this world, there are so many extraordinary museums and galleries. The Statue of David by Michelangelo, in the Galleria dell’Accademia, is truly breathtaking.

This was our best stay in Italy! So happy to have stayed here, it is a very chic and modern hotel with all the bits and pieces. Feels like a 5 star experience, well priced and so central. Staff are lovely, rooms are immaculate, ans bar is a real vibe. We would stay here without hesitation next time we are in Florence and we are pleased to hear they are opening more locations across Italy. This is the place you want to stay, it is in a prime location and you will enjoy the stay as it hits all the marks 10/10.
There is a wonderful host. He tells you every detail without getting bored. He is very interested and smiling. He is a polite and understanding gentleman. Eşim ve oğlumla konakladık. Herkes çok memnun kaldı. Every detail is very beautiful. Towels, pillows and sheets are very clean and of the highest quality. It is very clean and has a spacious balcony. The rooms are very spacious. The best hotel we stayed in Italy. It was above our expectations.
Great location, right by the main spots of Florence and train station. Staff was friendly, something hard to find in most of Italy. Did not get to try their breakfast on terrace but got to go up and see the area and view, it was a really nice place. the hotel itself is also very interesting and feels like a museum on its own.
The staff were fantastic. The breakfast one of the best out of 6 weekly stays at other hotels in Northern Italy including some that were 5star hotels .. Great Location on one of the best street in Florence. Very quiet. Evening aperitifs beautifully presented. Highly recommend this hotel .
The complete location of the hotel is wonderful. The Staff, Breakfast, and Room everything were above the expectations. I would recommend this hotel to other people if they are visiting Florence, Italy for a Business trip or a Vacation.
