The Krabi River Hotel is a great location, right on the river walk, whether you’re staying in Krabi for a few days like us or just passing through. It is a 10 min easy walk to any of the three good night markets. For me, Krabi town is a great center area.
For me, Krabi town is a great center area. Maybe I went there during low peak season so that its comfortable for me especially when driving. There is a food market directly over the road with lots of choice and refreshing juices and beers. This closes at 10pm so there wasnt really much noise overnight. There is also a fruit/veg market at the other end of the street, restaurants plenty shops, 7/11's and ATM's.The staff were very helpful, polite and welcoming. From receptionist to lady who prepared our breakfast to night porter. Breakfast was absolutely amazing. Homemade cookies were amazing! One of the best stays in Thailand.
