Typical Spanish tourist town. Plenty of good bars and restaurants, some with live music. Would of like it to be a bit more boutique'y and a little less Spanish/British bucket and spade. Nice city with great sand beach, restaurants. The only frustrating was a wind on the beach - it was pretty strong and for some people could be cold and annoying. Beautiful and very worm personality. Gentlemen from front desk( work afternoon shift) olso unbelievable nice and helpful. We spokePolish with him. I had a beautiful surprise for my Birthday. It's a very vibrant area, with a lot of restaurants, bars and cafes with many different types of food and a nice market with local products. Beautiful harbour area, lots of restaurants. Lovely beach and sea shallow so lovely for swimming. Hired bikes and great roads for cycling. Really nice place and sorrounding area. Public swimming pool which was excellent and found a 5 lane running track in Polenca about 15 minute drive away. So many lovely places to cycle and visit.Guest review byMichaelIreland

Everything about our stay was perfect. The location, very spacious room, how clean they were, delicious food at the buffet breakfast but also in the restaurant. And top class kids club with extremely friendly staff. My 6 year old son is huge fan of their kids clubs.
