The staff was very polite always looking to help. The breakfast should be served in several places rather than dragging everybody in like at a train station. Also here the staff was trying to do utmost to mitigate the discomfort. Nobody could reduce the amazing noise though. the room was very clean and well taken care of every day. Bar service was very slow.

We had 2 full days at the beginning of our trip and a half day on our return before flying out. For us that was a great length of time - saw the gardens, museums and walked the Medina, enjoyed drinks and sunset on roof top bars and had a fun walk around the main square at night with all the action - a really great experience

We enjoyed Marrakech as it was such a different culture.
We enjoyed Marrakech as it was such a different culture. We would highly recommend purchasing a sim card to help you get around as the there is many winding streets and alleyways, and it is quit easy to get turned around. You will be approached by strangers to help you but they often take you to a store of their choice first so that you purchase goods from them. This can get frustrating; at times it seemed like a real maze. The markets are amazing but be ready to barter for everything you are considering to purchase. Fresh breads and rolls are available every morning.

Marrakech is a vibrant tapestry of colors, sounds, and flavors that captivates the senses. From the bustling souks of the Medina to the tranquil beauty of the Majorelle Garden, every corner tells a story steeped in rich culture and history. The city’s stunning architecture, from intricate riads to majestic palaces, showcases a unique blend of Arab, Berber, and French influences. The food scene is a feast for the soul, offering everything from aromatic tagines to refreshing mint tea. And while the lively chaos of Jemaa el-Fnaa square can be overwhelming, it’s also an unforgettable spectacle of musicians, storytellers, and artisans. Marrakech is a place where tradition and modernity coexist, creating a captivating experience that lingers long after you leave

Our riad, and the staff working there, made it a very comfortable stay. The views from the roof terrace were spectacular, but the city can be hard to get around for the not-so-young even in May, with motorbikes and cycles weaving through very narrow streets crowded with tourists and local people.

The people were so nice and friendly, always smiling. So much to see in the Medina, full of colour and life.
There are some gems of restaurants scattered around the Souk, some down lanes you wouldnt think would lead you anywhere.

Marrakesh is one of those places now that you would visit once but not return. In my view it’s way overpriced,(As expensive now as many countries in Europe.)Overcrowded and the shops in the Medina are a complete scam.People trying to get money out of you at every corner. Now just another exploited tourist trap iam afraid.

Everything was amazing. Staff very polite and friendly. Marwa was the best in supporting us in everything we needed.
The all inclusive was exceptional with a lot of variety. Room was spacious and very clean. You could find always someone cleaning to make sure everything is perfect.
This hotel deserves more than 5* absolutely stunning. We went to the spa to use steam and to do two massages and we loved it.
Thank you Be Live Collection team for making our stay magnificent.
The entire facility and experience was incredible. Forget 5 star, this was 6 star in the middle of Medina and hustle bustle of Marrakech. Staff were so accomodating and professional, rooms and facilities were immaculately clean and there were so many extra incidentals - like complimentary Chanel perfume in the bathroom!! The hotel and its amazing staff completely exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend this haven in Marrakech!
It’s not all inclusive, they only have food at certain times and the food isn’t good. They ran out of mint so couldn’t make mojitos but there’s about 100 mint trees on the property.
The hotel and the surroundings are beautiful but it’s too far outside the centre for the food to be bad, we spent double what we intended because we couldn’t eat there so had to get taxis and go out every night.
Everything, better than all 5 stars hotel.
I travel a lot, but this Riad my best experience ever. The boys are so so so helpful & friendly. Clean and familiar atmosphere. Breakfast perfect, even as we had to leave early to the airport, they made us a special breakfast at 7 am.
Best service ever!
Thank you 🙏
Wanted a location within city to taste culture rather than a generic 4/5 star hotel. Succeeded in spades. Muhammad and staff lovely. Beds large and comfy. Dining area bright and welcoming.
