The hotel was bit pricey, yet there is no better location with beach beds included. The restaurant is on the site and decently good. The breakfast was excellent. The beach is nice and not crowded.

San Andrés is such a bit place but the weather can be quite unpredictable. A lot of attractions will close when it's windy or rainy, so it's good to plan your trip and add one or two days just in case the weather is not the best when you go there.

We enjoyed our short stay at the island - the water was clean and bright blue color, the snorkeling trip was excellent. However, the island definitely saw some better times - there are many old buildings, worn out and trashy corners. There is no big choice of restaurants

I liked the coziness and family feel of the island.
I liked the coziness and family feel of the island. It was accessible and we felt safe. We were able to rent a 4-wheeler to drive around the whole island and the sights were beautiful. I must say I haven't seen so many motobikes in one place in all my life, but they knew what they were doing and it seem to ease the traffic. Beautiful and clean beaches were spectacular.

Tiny island purely for the benefit of tourism.
Tiny island purely for the benefit of tourism. Large modern shopping area in the centre of town which, for some reason, sells mainly perfumery and make up. A variety of shops would be better all round.
Several restaurants which sell mainly fish dishes.
You don't have to travel far to witness the poverty in stark contrast to the tourist centre.
Having said that, there are some beautiful beaches and the locals are generally friendly and helpful.

If you're looking for crystal-clear water, stunning nature, and vibrant sea life, you'll love this place!
However, the urban area is disappointing and poorly maintained. The streets and sidewalks have many potholes, some of which can be dangerous. If you're looking for tourist attractions or activities beyond the beach, options are limited.
That being said, a motorbike tour around the island is highly recommended—the landscapes are gorgeous!
There are also excellent restaurants (some quite pricey) and good bars to enjoy.

Amazing water and beaches.
Amazing water and beaches. Underwhelming food (almost all seafood was tilapia / salmon / shrimp from Vietnam or Ecuador) and fried. Great party island, not so much a relaxing place. All that said, the botanical gardens are superb!

Location is good far from the crowded city center. The room is super simple (it’s a posada not an hotel) but if you need to spend only few days is ok. Generally speaking the island is poor of structures that meet the common standard.
Finally We enjoyed our time here and Shirley is a super nice host
Excelente! Increible! Totally recommended! Que disfruten! Rooms, pool, position, personnel, desayuno, restaurants, everything!
San Andrés is wonderful and this hotel gives you even much more!
And finally please consider that Dayana is the best!
Beach is across the road (30m), supermarket 3min walk, the staff was friendly, rooms were tidy, good neighbourhood, generaly a good experience. Good standard for the price, especially in San Andres that is more expensive than mainland Colombia.
Very beautiful structure of new construction very well maintained
in quiet part of the island.
The owners did a great job and are very friendly.
I rent a buggy by them to discover the island , absolutely recommended !
