Guest reviewThe apartment was always well cleaned. We have a beautiful terence that we really enjoy. The family host was super kind and helpful. The apartment is basic but has everything you need. Just consider renting a car, but this is true in general for Naxos.

The only problem is that the buses charge different prices for different destinations and you have to buy your tickets at a grocery store about 5 minutes walk down the road. I went there at first to go on boat trips, I was on two wonderful boat trips starting from Agia Anna. From my accommodation I had to walk five minutes to reach the port, to find the boats. On one day I rented a car and went to see the Demeter temple, and the Panagia Drosiani church. The car rental was close to my accommodation, and the two sights to see were not far from Agia Anna. I spent one day in Agia Anna. I went to the Kedros beach around the small chapel. Nice quiet family place. The beach is really nice, not very windy since it is protected from strong north winds. There are many restaurants and coffee options. There is a small port for boat trips. During June , it is a fine place and not that crowded as July and August. The sandy beach has crystal clear cold water. It has enough restaurants/taverns and some beach bars. The sunbeds are little expensive, even very expensive at some cases. There is always free space at the beach. Agia Anna was ideally situated for us; well enough away from all the hustle and bustle of the capital but within an easy bus ride to it. Bus links were very good and frequent. All the restaraunts that we ate at were very good and welcoming and all had superb sea views. sunsets wereextremely impressive. The area was lovely and the sunsets amazing. The pool was nice for an afternoon dip. The owners picked us up and dropped us back to the port for a small charge. We also rented a car from them for two days without any issues. It was a quiet building. Agia Anna and the neighbouring villages are lovely and within walking distance.
