Location is great for the bar harbour, Acadia National park experience. As it is right at the main lights as you get to the town. Acadia NP is back up the road 1.5 mile and town is 10 blocks to the wharf. With all the shops between. You can not park on the street closer than this hotel with out paying steep fees. Room was good size and comfortable. Bathroom was over size. Breakfast was “grab and go” with a selection of pastries and bars and coffees, teas and fruit. works really well because you want to get into the park or catch a cruise.

After a disappointing stay at an independent harborside motel in Boothbay, our stay at the Hiliday Inn was fantastic. The onsite Lobster Stew restaurant offered a beautiful view and wonderful food. Proximity to Acadia National park and use of the Island Explorer shuttles eliminated the need to drive yourself anywhere. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others and would stay here ourselves if we were in the area.

The room is super clean and looks exactly like the pictures. The bathroom was well stocked, and room service was provided everyday. The view of the Atlantic Ocean is beautiful, and the breakfast was up to expectations. The walls were thick I believe, and the hotel is 10 minutes away from Acadia National Park as well as downtown Bar Harbor (for food/cute stores).

The location was perfect to access Acadia National Park and get to downtown Bar Harbor in the evening for dinner. Parking was plentiful and available. The balcony view of Frenchman Bay was wonderful. Breakfast was freshly cooked and delicious. There were options available for everyone in our group and we all enjoyed it.

The proximity of the hotel to Acadia National Park and to downtown Bar Harbor was excellent. The hotel had some fun extras like s'mores by the firepit and hot apple cider. I liked that the tea and coffee was available all day.

Location was great. Very quiet area. Surrounded by trees. 5 easy minutes drive to Acadia National Park entrance. 10 easy minutes drive to Bar Harbor

Really big room, lovely fireplace which helped given the weather. Front desk staff really helpful, pool very good, parking easy. 10 minutes from downtown, 10 minutes from Arcadia NP - perfect!

Staff was great and super friendly, room service was amazing and very detailed. Location is super convenient, right in the center of Bar Harbor, lots of dining options. I'd recommend the Thirsty Whale, the Blaze, and Geddy's.

Didn’t eat breakfast. Dinner was lovely. The piano bar was amazing and the highlight of our stay.

Best place to stay in Bar Harbor. Excellent location, clean, comfortable, charming, nice staff. Looking forward to staying here on our next trip to Bar Harbor.

Amazing breakfast included in room price. Walking distance to the main street with all the restaurants in Bar Harbor. Parking with direct access to the building. We enjoyed the pool table and gym.

The house is wonderful! The owner so nice and friendly! Finally a place where you can feel human touch!

We got stranded a 1/2 mile down the road because of a bad tire as we were traveling through. The tire wasn't available that day. The manager was very thoughtful and when our tire didn't come in until the next day @ 1:30 they didn't charge us for the extra hours past check out time. We REALLY appreciated that! And it was so nice to have a lovely front porch with rockers to relax, an accommodating dining area where we could get snacks, coffee and drinks. We met many guests who have been coming there for ten years or more and that tells you a lot! The staff is AMAZING! Helpful and clean the rooms excellent.
