Good range of options for a self service breakfast.
No air conditioning in the room which meant the room was quiet. The windows can partly open to let air in and the location is so quiet we were woken by the morning bird song!
Reception effiecent and helpful.

We booked this property on Booking.com and all through the booking process it stated our room was dog friendly.
When we arrived at the hotel we were refused check in as we had our tiny dog with us.
We were refused a refund and was told to request this through booking.com.
This was refused.
We spent our Saturday night on the M1 sat in road works making the 130 plus mile commute home.
The manager was absolutely disgusting and should not be allowed to face the public in the hospitality business.
I will be instructing solicitors tomorrow to take legal action and reporting the hotel to trading standards for miss advertising the property so that this never happens to anyone else.

As described in the advert, all well looked after and presented with plenty of space for an overnight stay with all you need in the morning including cereal's and crumpets. You also get your own driveway with electric gate which is well secluded and right next to the accommodation which is perfect!!
