This modern hotel is just off junction 15 of the M40 motorway, 2 miles from Warwick town center.

The staff were very friendly and efficient, the first impression were good, the room was ok for our needs, though it was the first room on the bottom floor so got a lot of foot fall untill 11 pm, then at 7 am Breakfast was above my expectations and to find a pancake maker was a surprise, well done holiday inn. Shame you have to pay for the parking, to be honest thought it was a con.

Located in the Warwickshire countryside, the Warwick is in rural grounds overlooking the River Avon.

The staff were brilliant and helpful , and the food was very good and reasonable with prices. Breakfast selection full english or continental as choice. Bed were comfy, and it's a quiet area , bus stops outside of hotel , and uber average £11 into near by Leamington. Warwick between 15 - 20 .in drive .

Warwick is very compact in as much getting round to all the interesting places eg Warwick Castle, the race course, the Avon, the town centre with all its historic buildings, market square, shops, churches, restaurants and bars. We spent 3 nights in Warwick having travelled from the north by train, which gave us enough time to explore however Stratford upon Avon, Banbury plus other towns and villages are not too far away to maybe use Warwick as a base if you have transport. An interesting time was had by all parties.

Warwick was part of a 2 day itinerary with my mother who is nearly 80. We visited Hatton Tulip experience which was stunning and looked at the hatton locks on the canal. We also visited the Lords Leycester which was fascinating- lovely building and interesting history. Planned on visiting the Mill garden for views of the castle but it was closed due to strong winds so just enjoyed looking at the pretty Steet of houses. I have visited the castle on a previous trip so would recommend that to families (we went for Halloween which was great fun) but would not have been great for my mother as she has mobility issues and is possibly a little too "theme park" for her. Warwick is just 20 min drive to Stratford upon Avon and was probably cheaper than staying there. We stayed at the Tilted Wig which was very central and served good food and had a great breakfast.

    Lovely quaint town.

Lovely quaint town. Lots of lovely places to eat - Particularly enjoyed the Giggling Squid (Thai restaurant). Has a fixed market in the centre. The Castle was excellent value - top tip book in advance as it is cheaper.

The castle is amazing. A fantastic day out.

The castle is amazing. A fantastic day out. So cheap to get in. 22 ponds each is well worth it and i suggests doing the dungeons for only extra 6 pound each. It was hot and sunny on our visit and the place was beautiful and massive. Also try the canal river with all the locks. As for Warwick itself it's loaded with really nice pubs everywhere. But beware it is very steep walking. We loved Warwick and will return.

If you like real genuine history and character in a compact area then Warwick must be on your list. But be prepared for nightmare congestion on the roads in the centre around school and rush hour times. Outside of this, strolling around the town either in the centre or further away is a delight. And if you want retail therapy and posh shops then Lem is only about 2 miles away.

Staff were pleasant and professional property was clean and room was nicely sized for our family. We had food and drink in the restaurant that was not only served quickly but the portions were very generous. Breakfast was undoubtedly the best part of our stay with so much choice and cooked to perfection. Hotel is literally 2 minutes down the road so is a perfect base if your visiting local tourist attractions like Warwick castle. All in all a perfect stay, thank you.

The hotel's facilities were genuinely outstanding. As a well-deserved 4-star establishment, it exceeded my expectations. My stay was brief, as I was there for just one night before heading to a conference at Warwick University. Initially, I didn't have high hopes for the hotel and only intended to use it as a place to sleep and enjoy the spa. However, I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed my short stay.

Liked every thing about my stay at the Warwick Arms Hotel, a clean, really well run hotel with everyone concerned being polite and helpful, and serving really fresh well cooked food. Centrally placed in the heart of the town, can walk to Castle, racecourse, in 5-8 minutes. Altogether a really pleasant experience, and not to be found in many places today. I will definitely be going back in the future.

The hotel was clean, the staff were pleasant and helpful. It is situated in the main square in Warwick with pubs and restaurants also in the square. We had an evening meal and breakfast which were both excellent.
