Pretty much everything. The staff were super friendly and helpful. On our second night there was a party in front of the building, and as we have a little baby, the staff offered us free upgrade and moved us to the VIP room where we couldn’t hear the noise. We’re very grateful for that.

Nice location. Pool area is nice although there is very little shade for sitting around the pool or on the beach. Staff at check-in were superb and very helpful.

Good location! Close proximity to restaurants, Kai bae beach and other extra curriculars you're interested in. Definitely if I was a backpacker or single and didn't care too much about my accommodations this is awesome.

A wonderful stretch of beach, one of the nicest on Koh Chang to be fair. Nice and clean, quiet and peaceful. I stayed a 5 min bike ride away at the reggae place. I ate at the wonderful little shack just on the bend as you reach the beach, a mother and daughter making great som tam, Laab, Nam Tok, iced coffee etc
