The location, the staff and the breakfast were great. We had to leave early in the morning and the staff was kind enough to open breakfast early for us thank you! They also made great recommendations for lunch. We also liked the welcome note, cakes and water bottle left on the bed.

Le Touquet combines the glamour of Paris with the tranquillity of the Opal Coast. Created by the founder of ‘Le Figaro’ newspaper, this exclusive holiday resort soon became a popular retreat for rich residents of the French capital, hence the suffix: Paris-Plage.
The town’s wide sands begin at the mouth of the Canche River and are lined with a promenade and colourful beach huts. Further south the promenade fades into sand dunes, overlooked by a golf course.
Other pursuits include a racecourse and a ritzy casino which was supposedly the inspiration for the one frequented by James Bond in ‘Casino Royale’. Ian Fleming did stay here, as did other famous authors including HG Wells and Sir Noël Coward, and other famous faces have graced the halls of Westminster Hôtel, a luxury Art Deco property available on Booking.com.
Le Touquet-Paris-Plage also has B&Bs and apartments dotted around its small town centre. Some are on the Rue St Jean shopping street and the perpendicular Rue de Metz, which has a semi-circular market square.
One of the town’s larger events is the Enduropale motorbike and quad bike race across the sands, and many competitors arrive via Le Touquet Airport. More family-friendly entertainment is the Aqualud waterpark, complete with slides and swimming pools.

I loved walking & cycling into town & seeing so many interesting & grand homes completely open without fences, walls or high hedges, an amazing contrast to my culture. The green spaces, the pavements, the cycle lanes, roads & bus shelters all designed to last & complement the environment. New sports facilities are under construction. The town is very attractive, there is a quality and standard of design I would expect to see in a large city. We would have explored the beach & the restaurants but the rain was just too heavy on 28 May.

Le Touquet is a lovely little town which has much to offer: a great beach, golf and other outdoor sports. It is quirky with a noticeable British influence from olden days. There are lots of eateries, galleries, shops, delicatessen markets and there is a regular market on a Saturday offering a fantastic range of goods and food. On Sunday, there is a flea market. Also, it is central to a lot of places of interest along that stretch of coast. Le Touquet can get very crowded in the centre on sunny weekend days - the crowds are easy to escape by stepping away from the main shopping street. Parking is OK - in the heart of the village it is limited to 15 mins - 1 hour, there are large parking lots at the sea front where I found a spot each time (very low cost parking). I did struggle with charging the car, due to limited availability of chargers and when I found an available charger, it turned out to be out of service. Luckily I have a hybrid car but then also struggled to find petrol leaving town as several petrol stations had run out of petrol. Fill your tank on the way in!

We love fish food and although the food in the hotel was excellent, what we most enjoyed was the restaurant 'Aux Pecheurs d'Etaples' above the fish market in nearby Etaples. The atmosphere overlooking the marina as the sun was setting was magical and the oysters are to die for! We will go back, even just for that! Then there is the fish market below which is so amazing it has to be seen to be believed. What is wrong with us Brits: we live on island and yet we can offer little more than simple fish and chips?

Le Touquet-Paris Plage is a chic, upmarket resort with beautiful shops, the most interesting architecture, and a Saturday market that is not to be missed. The beautiful sand dunes and parks are fantastic for cyclists, walkers, runners and children. Something for everyone. The seafront itself lacks restaurants and cafes (they abound a couple of streets back) but some enterprising people have roped off themed areas on the vast expanse of beach serving drinks and food served under colourful umbrellas. My only gripe, there should be more buses.

A little run down but the floor we were on was in the process of being refurbished. Service was average but probably expected more from a four star hotel. Unlike other hotels in the area, English was not easily understood. A very nice and pleasant location, not a problem but a 20 minute stroll into the main part of the town.

Just such a beautiful place.
Just such a beautiful place. It is expensive, but proportionally so. Its a high class seaside resort, and plenty of variety and choice of places to eat to adapt to budget.
Just a stunning place to visit.

Spacious room with comfortable beds, balcony, Wi-Fi, kitchen with fridge/plates/utensils, two cooker hobs etc. Very clean throughout. Located next to Le Touquet racecourse and within easy drive of the town centre with plenty of restaurants open even in early October. They only supplied a coffee maker in the room, however a very helpful young lady managed to find me a kettle. Very pleasant stay and friendly staff. Wi-Fi reception excellent in our room. Would stay again.
Location was excellent, overlooking the beach and a 1 minute walk from the town. Le touquet is a very nice place- I highly recommend it. The le Grand Hotel is really good (we visted for the day) don't be put of by how far it says it is from the town online. It is round the corner- a 5 min drive or 10-15 min walk. You are better off paying a little bit more and staying there to make use of their facilities and get more for your money.
We had a wonderful time at Ibis Styles in Le Touquet. The room was beautiful, calm and spacious. The facility is beautiful, loads of great amenities including a coworking space :)
The staff we encountered was also really friendly and helpful (a special thank you to the nice gentleman who prepared us a quick breakfast when we checked out at 6am, you made our day!)
I've stayed at Hotel Red Fox several times as it offers decent accommodation at a fair price, right in the heart of Le Touquet and more importantly private and secure underground parking which is a rarity in this town where parking can be both difficult and expensive. The rooms are well appointed and always clean.
A nice place in the wooded outskirts of Le Touquet with plenty of space, a nice shower room, bedroom and good parking. Very welcoming and helpful host lady with a delicious French breakfast delivered promptly. The kitchen area was small and perhaps only for light meals but that was enough for us on a short stay.
We picked a superior room on this visit, we were very happy with the extra space for hardly any more money. we’ve stayed here many times and love the location, staff, cleanliness…
highly recommend using Hotel Bristol. There’s a car park there too, which is so handy as we drive over from the UK .
The owner sound like a very nice lady. The person who host us was also very nice and very helpful.
The bedrooms were more spacious than expected. Everyone had their own space. Windows orientation create great ventilation across the all flat. Great location, we did use our car.
Guiilame is an exceptional host with a lovely flat in le touquet. It’s stylish, comfortable, clean. The sunsets from the balcony are to die for. And it’s in a great location. He is also lovely to deal with. We cannot wait to come back (our spaniel loved it too)
Lovely hotel in a very good position. It’s fairly central to shopping and restaurants and literally a stone’s throw from the fantastic market. Immaculately clean with lounge and outside area. A secure car park and friendly helpful staff. Definitely to recommend.
Overall it is a great experience! Strongly recommend staying hotel Jules. But that would be great if the wifi connection can be more stable. I was living in room 10, the wifi didn't work well.
The staff was very welcoming. The hotel lobby was beautifully decorated for the holidays. It was so magical. The hotel location is superb very close to the city center and the beach.
Great property, ideal location for visiting Le Touquet - town and beach costal walks. Everything you need rooms have facilities for cooking fridge etc. spacious and very good value.
