This apartment is amazing. It is only two or three blocks away from the city center and river walk. The property owner was exceptional. They sent us a step-by-step guide to accessing the property, complete with pictures! That made it super easy. The property is beautifully decorated with tons of space. We enjoyed a breakfast on the balcony from the patisserie a couple blocks down and it was simply magical.

We have stayed in Saverne several times as it is a convenient place to break the drive down to Southern France. It never disappoints, we have always been at Christmas time and the high street has wonderful decorations and Christmas lights. Very pretty, especially the rose garden.
Very pretty, especially the rose garden. The museum is ok - cool which was a bonus as we were there in the heatwave. Restaurants seem to keep opening hours secret so eating out was patchy. Would recommend the Lebanese which wasn't far from the apartment. The Stebuel close to us wasn't accessible being down stairs to the restaurant then treacherous stairs to the toilets. It's great watching boats go through the lock that takes the canal under the road beside the main square.

The apartment came with a nice living room, two bedrooms with comfortable beds, good bathroom with large rainshower. The kitchen came with fridge and freezer, induction plate and all necessary utensils, also a coffee machine with capsules. The whole apartment was very clean and comfortable.
